The pack noticed on Monday. Not all at once. It moved through Ironmoon the way most things moved through it, incrementally and without announcement, one person registering something and adjusting their understanding and the adjustment rippling outward through the connected fabric of daily pack life until the thing that one person had noticed had become the thing everyone knew without anyone having said it directly.
