Not a formal pack assembly. Something looser than that, a monthly tradition in Ironmoon where the pack filled the main common room on a Friday evening with food and drinks and the particular noise of a large group of people who lived and worked together allowing themselves, for one evening, to simply exist together without agenda. Rhys had explained it to Selene on Thursday with the matter of fact tone he used for pack information.
