CHAPTER FIVE
JuneIt was strange how fast we all got used to being on a spaceship. After the initial shock, it really started to feel like a holiday. The alien men on board did everything they could to make us happy. No request was too big. They vied for our attention and tried to outdo each other constantly. It was kind of adorable. I'd heard Captain Ghorr admonish some of the crew for getting too close to some of the women. It made me feel surprisingly safe. There wasn't a single female alien. Initially, it had been intimidating to be surrounded by nothing but massive half-naked guys who towered above us.
