Jimmy was given a date for the entrance test, which was scheduled for one week later, on Monday. Jimmy knew that this is going to be a tough test and he needs to start preparing. So he lied to his father, telling him that he would be going on a trip for a while. He packed some clothes, food, and money and left his home. He rented a small room in an old building near the circuit where the underground races took place, and planned to stay there until he passed his test. Jimmy was in luck. The very next day, he received the news that there would be 5 races for five consecutive days. Soon afterwards Jimmy received a call from a racer, and after talking for a while the racer hired Jimmy to work on his car throughout the five-day event while he competed in the races. The racer's name was Arjun, he was the son of a wealthy tycoon who owned a big pharmaceutical company. He would often secretly sneak out to participate in these underground races, he loved racing as he had been driving sports cars since he was a teenager, and cars and winning soon became his poison. Arjun always had a professional mechanic to maintain and repair his sports car after every race, but as fate would have it , his mechanic fell sick at the last moment, and because these races were extremely important to him, and so was winning, he needed someone who understood how everything worked in the underground racing scene, and whom he could trust with his car which he loved. So, he asked a few of his friends from the underground circuit, people Jimmy had occasionally worked for in the past. And they recommended Jimmy as he had a knack for understanding how to modify a car for a particular circuit, had great mechanical skills, and was pretty reliable for races. So Arjun got Jimmy's number from his friend Maya, and Jimmy was hired as Arjun's mechanic for all five races over the next five consecutive days.
