The Death Car Obsession

How it all started

This is the story of Jimmy. Jimmy was a boy who grew up working in his father's garage from childhood, and he was more interested in buying things cheap and selling them at higher prices than the garage work itself. He knew that if he bought a car and sold it for more money, he could make a decent profit. But Jimmy's father only wanted him to do mechanic work because Jimmy was just 19 years old, and was a little too young for all of this.

Since his father had only ever worked as a mechanic himself, he felt there was risk in all of this. What if the car turned out to be more damaged than they thought after buying it, what if the car was stolen, what if it was an accident car whose case could drag him into trouble. His father felt that in this reselling business the losses could be greater than the profits. But Jimmy, he was not the type to give in. He wanted to prove himself, and wanted to do what even his father had never been able to do.

Even though Jimmy's father had made him work in the garage his whole life, his education had never stopped. Jimmy was currently in college, studying BBA, and was getting pretty good grades too, and had a decent reputation in college because of his marks.

Jimmy made 3 close friends this year, Akshat, Sonali, and Rahul. All four of them started to always sit together and got along really well.

Jimmy always kept talking about how he needed to prove himself and show his father that life doesn't have to be lived with so much fear. Jimmy was always looking for new ways to save up enough money so he could open his own business. That day too, the same discussion was going on between Jimmy and his three friends. Jimmy said, "Bro, I'm done being frustrated with my dad. He just doesn't get it. How long are we going to keep doing mechanic work? To make big money you have to do something big. I just need some kind of job that can arrange the initial investment."

That's when Akshat told Jimmy that his father has a friend who owned a car showroom, and he also knew people who modified luxury cars. Akshat said he could talk to him about Jimmy if he wanted.

Jimmy said, "Good things should be done without second thought, absolutely bro, let's go tomorrow."

So Akshat and Jimmy went to Akshat's father's friend, Mr. Naresh. Akshat told him everything, and Mr. Naresh agreed to refer Jimmy forward.

And that's how Jimmy's new journey began...
