"Now we have this so-called Tiers. Tiers are an essential steppingstone for each student. These show if you are excelling or not, better keep that in mind. Different Tiers are offered per role which are going to be discussed in homeroom tomorrow so better not be late."
"Anyone that is on the top of the Tier by the end of a semester will receive an Elemental Fragment of his or her choice."
"We have two semesters that have two quarters each so know your pacing. Remember timing is crucial especially during war”.
"I know some are clueless about the prize might as well show you what the reward is capable off" I said as I wield a Fire Fragment and unleashed a wave of fire.
"As you can see if one has an Elemental Fragment it can use Elemental powers depending on what fragment is in use. Oh, I almost forgot I will give the fragment, but I can also take it back if you exhibit misconduct or if you are dethroned. So, whoever might be at the top must remain at the top."
"Now you should all take a rest. Attendance will start at 7:00 AM sharp here at the grounds. Am I understood" I said?
"Yes Sir" the crowd answered
"Now take a rest your battle for greatness starts tomorrow" I said in a motivational manner
"Hey Mr. Headmaster are you seriously giving them a piece of precious stone?" Sora asked
"Well if that is the way they will excel in their chosen role why not"
"Besides, if something goes out of control, I can handle it. Trust me" I said
"If you say so" Sora said
"Headmaster" a group shouted as they approach us
"Ohh it's you I have been looking for you" I welcomed them
"We went to see you this morning but you are still asleep Master, so we didn't bother you" they informed
"Oh I am sorry"
"Well then what roles did you all choose?" I asked
"I wanted to be a Marksman"
"I've picked to be a Healer"
"And I choose to be a Strategist" they informed
"Wise decisions. Now pick one whichever you like you all earned it" I said as I show the bag full of fragments
"Are you seriously giving us one now, but we haven't reached the top yet"
"Yeah Master isn't this unfair for the others?"
"You are right. How about this Master let us showcase our skills first and when we climbed to the top offer those to us again" they informed
"Fine then if those are your choices. See you at the top" I said
Then they waved goodbye and went on their way
"Looks like they are going to be excellent students don't you think?" Sora said
"Absolutely Sora" Draxx agreed
"Yeah I am excited already"
"Now we should go to my office and discuss about the Tiers and how we are going to execute them" I said
"Can we do it tomorrow? The other staves aren't here yet" Sora proposed
"What other staves?" I am pretty clueless
"The doctors and nurses I mean" Sora informed
"Fine then but I still need to discuss this now" I said
We head straight to my office and discuss the matter at hand
"The Tiers will be made by you I don't care how many or how difficult it is as long as the students learn in the process"
"For example I am planning my first tier for my marksman is target practice first one to hit a bulls eye is the top"
"I see we will give them series of task to find out who excels or not"
"What if he or she cannot make it or quit halfway through?" Draxx asked
"An excellent question Draxx. You will assist them of course. Motivating them every step of the way besides, they will do their best just to have one of these right?" I said
"So how does this tier work?" Sora asked
"To answer that Sora I need you both to picture this. Think of a daily task: the first one on the top has the upper hand and the bottom line will strive harder to reach the top. Then the next task will have a new ranking motivating every student. If they made progress lucky for them but for the ones that don’t, they must strive harder" I informed
"I hoped all your assumptions are right because if it not the students will all be degraded or a fight will start" Sora said as she clenches her fist
"There is no fighting that's going to happen, only a healthy competition, that's all, besides no harm no foul right?" I said
"If you say so Chris"
"So brief the Medics first thing in the morning okay I have to go now it is getting pretty late" Sora stood up and walks to the door
"Where are you going Sora?" I asked
"Home of course?" she said
"Well you have to guard the ladies building. You have a nice room at the ground floor you should stay there"
"Because Draxx and I will guard those filthy good for nothing men"
"You better head on your way" I begged
"Fine but prepare me breakfast as soon as I wake up alright" She bargained
"No problem" I gladly accepted cause I really have no choice
Sora went on her way
"So Draxx what are your first Tiers will be?" I curiously asked
"I was thinking of agility exercises for my Assassins while I let my knights pick their weapon of choice then teach them proper handling and simple techniques" Draxx informed
"I see but how are you going to teach them that simultaneously? We have both class at the same time" I said to test him
"Huh! Seriously?"
"Can't we just split the class? I will teach my Knights in the morning then my Assassins during noon" he asked
"Fine by me, in one condition. You must not let anyone behind okay" I said while giggling
"Okay Chris but I like to see you try" he said with a proud look in his face
"Challenge accepted" I said
"Hey what is that" Draxx pointed towards something
We stay low and peek. Looks like a group of perverts heading towards the ladies' building
"Shall we knock some sense into them Chris?" Draxx asked
"Let's check for a while and see what happens" I said
We both exited the room and began observing the group. They tried sneaking to the ladies' building. Then Sora was there to stop them
