Shaylazia

    "Another day finally done," Shaylazia said to herself as she entered her front door. 

She was the Alpha's daughter, yet she was the one who was in charge of leading the trainings, everyday. 

"Why do have this burden, Moon Goddess?" she whispered as she undressed to get into the shower.

Shaylazia is 16 and the alpha's daughter, and despite being in high school, she was by far the strongest in her pack, excluding her parents. You see, not only was her father the alpha of one of the top five strongest packs in the world, but her mother was the next in line for alpha in her old pack which was part of the top five strongest packs. Her mothers previous pack was called, "Audentes fortuna iuvat," meaning "Fortune Favors the Bold." Her mothers name is Shaylee Amor Raven - Slade but she is also known as luna to her father, Alexander Amadeus Slade, the strongest and most feared alpha of the "Dulce Periculum" pack, meaning "Danger is Sweet." Shaylazia was also the eldest with two younger siblings; a 9 year old brother, Andrew Kai Slade and a 5 year old sister, Alexandra Kailani Slade.

Shaylazia was walking out of the bathroom, ready to got to bed when she started to feel a bit uneasy and her wolf stirring inside of her.

"Somethings wrong Shay," said Keilani, Shaylazia's wolf. (Keilani means Glorious Chief)

"What is it Kei? We've exercised and we finally have the chance to relax," Replied Shay.

"Shay we need to go. It's just... something.. well someone and he's calling out to me.. to US!" Keilani answers.

"What are you talking about? Who would be calling us at this time of night? I don't hear anything through the Pack mind link." Shaylazia responded.

"Its NOT the mind link! and you know it! YOU FEEL IT....YOU FEEL HIM CALLING TO YOU AS HIS WOLF IS TO ME!... WE NEED TO LEAVE NOW SHAY!" Growled Keilani.

"FINE! But you better figure out what we are going to do once we save whoever this is without alarming the pack and without my parents knowing!" Shaylazia huffed back.

Shaylazia ran out her bedroom window, without disturbing the pack, and shifted mid-air, giving Keilani full control in her wolf form. Keilani was a beautiful wolf, she had light brown fur on her back to her tail and head, while it blended to a white color on her stomach and as that white went down her legs it changed to pure black when it met her paws. She was rare, no other wolf had fur as mixed yet as vivid as hers, she was standing at 6 ft tall, bigger than any wolf in her pack, only 1/2 a foot taller than her father and a foot taller than her mother. But only 5 people knew of her wolf form, as she never shifted in front of any pack members other than her parents and her fathers Beta, Delta (Third in command) and Gamma (Strongest Pack Warrior).

Shaylazia ran 50 miles until she reached a clearing that was 10 miles off her packs boarders, near a gas station. The pull that was calling to her became stronger and she felt a sharp pain in her left shoulder as if her bones cracked. She walked behind the gas station and what she saw caused another sharp pain to pierce her heart, as if it was breaking in half. 

There was a wolf almost as tall as her, only shorter by about four inches, with white and brown fur all over its body, from head to tail with two black paws and two brownish white paws, on the ground. It was being attacked by 5 rouge; 3 of them were holding him down while one rouge had it's jaw on his left shoulder and the last rouge was stalking towards the wolf that was being held down. The one stalking towards the wolf stopped as it averted it's attention to her and as she took in the sight, she felt a possessive and protective anger grow in her as she charged at the wolf who seemed to be the leader, he was a regular brown wolf that stood 5'6. She instantly snapped his neck with her jaw and then she let out a deadly growl that shook the ground beneath them. The wolf that had his jaw on the younger wolf's shoulder released his hold on him and ran towards her with one more following, they came from both sides of her with pure anger in their eyes, but with a hint of fear. She charged at the one on the right, throwing the she-wolf into a tree as the one on the left jumped onto her back, sinking his teeth into her right shoulder. She then jumped while landing on her back, crushing the wolf under her, then she turned around and ripped his throat out. 

She turned to check on the wolf that was on the ground and saw him standing, weakly above the other two wolves that were now dead, as he fell, shifting into his human form. She ran towards him as the other she-wolf jumped on her but before the she-wolf could pounce on her, Shay turned around and killed her mid-air, watching as the limp body fell to the ground. 

After dealing with the last rouge, she turned back to the boy and instantly shifted back to her human form as she ran to him. As she got to him, she felt relief wash over her as he was still breathing, she picked him up and walked into the closed gas station. She knew he was a strong alpha wolf, due to having his clothes still on and she knew that he was someone of importance to her, through a bonds could feel between them. She then sat beside him and observed him, she knew it wasn't the mate bond so she was confused about what the connection was between them.

"He's our other half." Keilani said to Shay.

"What do you mean? He's not our mate, Kei. What do you mean 'He's our other half'?" Shay replied, with confusion evident in her voice.

"NOT our Mate, Shay! He's family!" Keilani stated as a matter of fact.

Keilani continued, "You know how you feel protective over Alex and Drew? Well, what you felt back there was exactly that but WAY STRONGER!" Keilani growled.

"I... Well... yeah.. but wh-who is he to .. us?" Shay stuttered as she asked her wolf.

"Brother," Kei answered.

"WOW!... But how? When? I...I..I'm so confused, Kei." Shay said.

"I don't know... but we should rest, and figure this out tomorrow." Kei told Shay. 

"Yeah, your right. Goodnight Kei."

Kierian's P.O.V.

"DRAKE!!!" I yelled, calling my only friend as I woke from my sleep.

"Someones on our territory and some rouges were killed." I told him as he entered my room.

"What? Who could it be? and how could you sense that? You haven't even shifted into your wolf yet." Drake replied.

"I know I haven't shifted, okay! You don't need to remind me...But maybe I should remind you that I can still feel my wolfs presence!" I growled at him, getting frustrated...

"Well lets deal with this later because... well... your right shoulder is slightly bleeding, Kierian." Drake said with fear and confusion in his eyes.

"What?" I asked as I looked to my right shoulder, indeed I was bleeding. 

I got up as I told Drake to get out and walked into my bathroom, taking a shower and bandaging my shoulder. 

I haven't shifted yet, so I don't heal as fast as other wolves. But my pain tolerance is much stronger than anyone I've ever met. Probably the reason I didn't even notice the pain, but I did feel anger and then uneasiness. I wasn't sure how or why but I just decided to leave it as a problem for tomorrow. I walked out the bathroom, to my bed, and as soon as I hit the sheets, sleep took over me.

Hey y'all, so that's the end of the first chapter. I hope it was interesting, if anyone actually read it. I know it's a bit confusing at the moment but, I don't wanna give everything away just yet and I'm also still figuring some things out. It took me about a week to even decide what I wanted this story to be and decide if I wanted to publish it. Well this is my first time and I'm going to publish this, because I've honestly got nothing to lose. So yeah.
