The Next Morning ***

The next morning, Kierian woke up and looked at his clock to see that it was 5 in the morning. He groaned as he got out of bed and walked into the bathroom.

As he was in the bathroom, he did his business and then checked his mysterious injured shoulder. It was completely healed, as if nothing ever happened, and it confused him a bit because it would have at least taken 4 more ours until it completely healed. He shrugged it off and jumped into the shower, dreading all the investigating that he was going to have to do today; trying to find out how and why his shoulder got injured while he was asleep and who was in his territory, killing rouges. Well he didn't mind that they killed the rouges but he need to know who it is that he was dealing with and if they meant any harm. After his shower, he walked out the bathroom and into his closet to get dressed.

Kierian is now 17 and in his last year as a senior in high school. His father, Havika Kalani Romano, an alpha wolf, died when he was 6 and he never knew his mother. That left him with his step-mother, who was his fathers mistress, her name was Lokelani Mano. Growing up, Kierians father never paid any attention to him, practically forgetting he had a son, while his step-mother gave him a whole lot of attention. His step-mother would beat him until he passed out, she molested him and when he was 13 she r***d him. He was miserable, so right before his 14th birthday, he ran away, escaping the hell hole that was his life. While he was on the run he met Drake, who is a year older than he, by saving him from a pack of wolves and that's how they became best friends. Although he never understood how he was able to do that, he was grateful he didn't die. Kierian is now also, the leader of one of the largest gangs in the world, became ruthless but powerful and would be completely lonely, if not for Drake, but that didn't bother him.

As he stepped out of his closet, back into his room, he grabbed his phone and Marius Aviator, grey-black glasses. (Just pictures some nice biker glasses or whatever you think looks bad ass) He called out for Drake as he made his way to his office on the first floor. When they were both in the office they sat for about 30 minutes discussing a few things that pertain to his 'Gang' which was his "pack" and talking about how to deal with their intruder and by now it was 6 a.m. They left the house and tracked where the intruder was, Drake, having transformed into his wolf has better sense of smell and leads the way but this time, Kierian was the one who told him where to go, as he had a feeling that pulled him to their destination.They were led to the gas station that about 30 minutes away (15 minutes away if Drake ran in wolf form) but they took the car, it was too early and they weren't sure what or who they were dealing with.

Shaylazia P.O.V

I woke up and as I looked upon my surroundings, the events of last night hit me like a truck. I looked to the side of me and saw a boy and as I got a closer look at him I saw that he had dark black hair that also blended with some dark brown that turned into a lighter shade of brown with hints of dirty blond when the sunlight reflected off his hair, similar to my hair and then I recalled that he had mixed colored fur that was similar to my wolf fur as well. I realized that we resembled one another, much more than I had resemblance to Alex and Drew. I knew then and there that I am to protect him and that he really is the other half of my being that I have missed since I was a child.

As I though of Drew and Alex, I remembered that no one in the pack knew I snuck out and I knew I had to think of a good excuse and figure out what is was that I was going to do with this boy that was sleeping soundly right next to me. So many questions were running through my head and it wasn't until I heard the door hinges and smelt two unfamiliar scents, one was so strong and I had the urge to find out what or who it was. As the door opened I took a protective stance in front of the sleeping boy, and I saw two guys walking in; one who was scrawny with some meat on him (muscles), blond hair, grey eyes, that stood about 5'11 and the other was buff and had well toned muscles, dark midnight black hair, a dark sapphire blue with shards of green and hazel eyes, that stood about 6'2. I'm not gonna lie, they were both good looking but sapphire got me drooling a bit. 

"MMMHHHMMM... you can say that again." Kei chimed in agreement.

I smirked at her remark as relaxed my muscles a bit showing them that I had no intention of attacking them but standing my ground to show that I will fight if I need to...

Kierian P.O.V

I smelt the dead rouges as we got out of the car, the smell got stronger but there was one scent that got my insides turning and I felt an urge to follow it. I follower it to the back door of the gas station convenience store and had Drake open it as we walk in. I saw her, she jumped into a defensive stance with determined eyes. She had Black hair that seemed to turn to a brown with a touch of golden, dirty blond hair, with the most beautiful green with shards of yellow and dark grey in her eyes. I was mesmerized and it wasn't until I scanned my eye's down until I noticed that she was standing protectively over a male. I felt this going of hurt and pain and a little jealousy and most of all confusion because I didn't understand these feelings. I looked back at her eyes and saw that it was clouded, then I saw her body visually relaxed as she looked into my eyes with those emerald colored eyes that I melted into. 

I knew she meant no harm to me so I walked towards her without breaking eye contact. As I approached her I tried to make myself seem less intimidating and found myself not wanting to leave her or scare her away. I scanned her body up and. down and saw that she was not injured but I did see dried blood one her, not knowing if it belonged to her or not.

Then I hear movement and it wasn't from her, but from the male or well boy that was under her. As I looked at him I saw that they resembled one another and thought maybe he is her brother and that helped me relax a bit more. As he opened his eyes I saw that his eyes were black with a hint of dark green and yellow, similar yet so different from the girl standing above him. He looked up at the girl in awe, as if he's found a missing piece in his life and you could see adoration all over his face, as well as confusion and lots of it.

The boy on the floors. P.O.V

I  opened my eyes and saw. someone standing over me in a somewhat relaxed manner but protectively. Then I remembered what happened last night and realized that she was the wold that saved me and I felt myself along with my wolf, like I had just found a missing piece of my heart and I knew instantly that I could trust her.

"Who are you?" I asked while looking up at her with both awe and confusion.

She looks down at my and instantly she freezes as she see's my eyes but pulls herself back together saying, "Hey!  Nice to see your okay! My names Shaylazia but you call me Shay."

"Oh,  uhm...  ni..ce. to meet you Sh..Shay." I  said with a timid smile and continued, "My...my name is Leon."

Kierian P.O.V

The boy started talking to the girl and they started a conversation, stating the fact that they didn't know each other. I felt something stir in me and I knew it was jealousy, as I actually felt my wolf now more than I ever. did before. It seemed as if they forgot that I was here or should I say that they forgot my entire existence.
