EMILY’S POV
The overall preview of my week ended with having no Mason at home, no boss to get approved from, no work to keep me occupied at work.... the irony is alarming, and just me barely at the office and having a magic ATM card.
I sat on the sofa, filling it with my presence, checking the time on the wall clock, it’s Friday morning and the time reads seven fifty five am. I’m not even going to bother strolling round the house or lean on a desk at work all day associating with people.
For the record, I finally know my other three work mates. Kefas, Marcelline and the first I met, Jade.
The fourth person is on a leave cause she’s pregnant and Marcelline is more like a servant to us, her office is outside ours. Let’s say she’s our receptionist but we treat her as an equal.
