The wedding of the century unfolded with unparalleled fanfare, drawing an elite guest list of CEOs, heads of state, and influential figures from around the globe. Renowned news anchors, relentless paparazzi, and throngs of onlookers converged to witness the majestic union of Kaia Wilson, the stunning biological daughter of billionaire CEO Bryan Wilson, helm of the world's second-largest conglomerate, Wilson Enterprises, to Thane black, the dashing heir to the esteemed Saint Clair dynasty, owners of the most extensive luxury empire spanning hospitality, real estate, and finance. As Kaia stepped into the majestic ballroom, her radiance illuminated the space. Her custom, strapless, mermaid-cut Vera Wang gown shimmered with intricate beading and delicate sequins, accentuating her curves. A crystal-encrusted belt cinched at her waist, highlighting her slender figure. Her honey-blonde hair cascaded down her back in soft, effortless waves, secured with a delicate diamond-tipped hairpin. Dangling pear-shaped diamond earrings surrounded by halos of smaller stones sparkled on her ears, a gift from her parents. A delicate platinum and diamond-encrusted chain bearing a petite heirloom locket containing a photo of her grandparents rested on her neck. On her finger, a stunning five-carat, round-cut solitaire diamond shone, Thane's token of eternal love. Ivory, crystal-embellished Jimmy Choo stilettos added a touch of glamour to her elegant ensemble. Across the room, Thane black stood tall, his tailored black peak-lapel Tom Ford tuxedo accentuating his chiseled features. A subtle patterned tie complemented his crisp white shirt, while a vintage silver Patek Philippe watch adorned his wrist. Flawless diamond cufflinks added understated elegance to his impeccable attire. As their eyes met, the air was filled with anticipation. The ceremony began, and Kaia gracefully floated down the aisle, her beauty captivating the guests. Thane's gaze never wavered, his love and adoration evident in every glance. The union of Kaia Wilson and Thane Black was a fairytale come true surrounded with hope, opulence and love. "You look breathtaking, Kaia," Thane whispered, his eyes locked on hers. "I know, thank you," Kaia replied with a sly smirk, her voice barely above a whisper. The priest cleared his throat, beginning the solemn ritual. "Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to witness the union of Thane Black and Kaia Wilson in holy matrimony." As the priest recited the biblical verses, Thane's gaze drifted, lost in thoughts. "Thane Black, do you take Kaia Wilson as your lawful wedded wife, to love and cherish her through all the joys and challenges of life?" the priest asked, his voice breaking into Thane's reverie. "I do," Thane responded, his voice laced with dreamy sincerity. Kaia's response was swift and confident. "I do." The priest's eyes swept the crowded church, his voice ringing out. "If anyone present believes this union should not be, speak now or forever hold your peace." An oppressive silence fell, heavy with anticipation. Just as the priest was about to pronounce them husband and wife, a voice pierced the stillness from the rear of the church. "Hold it, just a minute!" Willa, Kaia's adopted sister, stood up, her words dripping with malice. Heads swiveled, shocked murmurs rippling through the congregation. Kaia's eyes narrowed, her face pale. Thane's grip on her hand tightened. The priest's eyes locked onto Willa, his expression stern. "Please, come forward and state your objection." Willa's heels clicked on the marble floor as she made her way to the altar, her presence threatening to shatter the happiness of the moment. Willa strode forward, her statuesque figure commanding attention. Her raven-black hair cascaded down her back in sleek waves, framing her heart-shaped face and piercing brown eyes. Her porcelain skin seemed to glow in the dim church light, accentuating her sharp cheekbones and full lips. Her tailored, crimson-red dress hugged her curves, its bold color making a stark statement amidst the sea of muted wedding attire. A glittering silver necklace adorned her neck, bearing a small, intricately designed pendant that seemed to flash with malevolent intent. Willa's demeanor exuded confidence and calculation, her every step deliberate and measured. Her eyes flashed with a fierce determination, her jaw set in a resolute line. Her voice, low and husky, dripped with malice as she addressed the priest. "I object to this union," Willa declared, her words dripping with venom. "Thane honey, you're not going to leave me for this wrench of a sister. Are you? As Willa spoke, her gaze locked onto Kaia, a piercing glare that seemed to bore into her very soul. Kaia's eyes narrowed, her face paling, but Willa's expression remained unyielding "You've got everything you've ever wanted," Willa shouted, her voice echoing through the church. "Why won't you just leave me with my man?" Kaia's eyes widened in incredulity, her expression a mix of shock and disdain. Her perfectly shaped eyebrows arched, and her full lips curled into a scornful smile. "Your man?" she asked, her voice laced with sarcasm. Willa's face twisted in a snarl. "Yeah, my man," she spat, her brown eyes blazing with possessiveness. Thane stepped forward, his face stern. "Willa, stop. What do you think you're doing?" Willa's emotions boiled over, her face reddening with rage and hurt. Her voice trembled, and her words dripped with venom. "Oh, spare me that bullshit, Thane. You have no idea what's been going on in this f****d up mind I've got up here Willa's hands clenched into fists, her body trembling with pent-up anger. Tears welled up in her eyes, but she refused to let them fall, her jaw set in defiance. Willa snatched the microphone from the priest's hand, her eyes flashing with triumph. "I'm carrying Thane's child," she declared, her voice echoing through the stunned congregation. Gasps and whispers rippled through the church, followed by an oppressive silence. Kaia's face paled, her eyes wide with shock and horror. Thane's jaw dropped, his expression frozen in disbelief. "No, Willa, that's impossible," Thane stammered, taking a step back. Willa's smile twisted. "You remember that night in Monaco, don't you, Thane? The night Kaia was 'indisposed'?" Kaia's eyes narrowed, her mind racing. Thane's gaze darted to Kaia, then back to Willa. "Willa, stop this," Thane warned, his voice low and menacing. But Willa continued, relentless. "I've been waiting for the perfect moment to reveal the truth. And what better moment than this?" The congregation erupted into chaos, murmurs and gasps filling the air. Kaia's world crumbled around her, her dreams of happiness shattered. "You deceitful, manipulative...," Kaia spat, her voice trembling with rage, as she stormed toward Willa. "How could you, Thane?" Willa shrieked, tears streaming down her face. "You promised me you'd leave her for me!" Thane stood frozen, his eyes darting between the two women. "Willa, stop. This isn't the time or place." But Willa wouldn't be silenced. "You've been playing me all along, haven't you? Using me for your twisted desires." The church erupted into pandemonium, guests shouting and trying to intervene. Just as the situation seemed about to escalate further, a deep, authoritative voice boomed through the chaos. "That's enough!" Bryan Wilson, Willa's father, strode down the aisle, his face stern. "Take this elsewhere," he commanded, his eyes flashing with anger. "This is not the time or place for this confrontation." With a firm grip, Bryan ushered the warring trio toward the church entrance. As they stepped out into the bright sunlight, Bryan directed them toward the wedding reception venue. "Settle this at the reception table," he growled. "And for God's sake, don't make a scene in front of the guests." The reception area, once filled with joy and laughter, now felt like a battleground. The tables, laden with exquisite cuisine and champagne, seemed to mock the tense atmosphere. Kaia, Thane, and Willa took seats at the head table, their faces etched with tension. Bryan stood at the podium, his voice commanding attention. "Let's get one thing clear: we will resolve this civilly. No more outbursts." He said and locked the door leading to the reception area not before letting his wife and Thane's parents in.
