I struggled for a while fighting against the person holding me back from tearing miss goodie two shoes into thirty pieces.
“Let me go!” I said, using a hand to push the stranger away aggressively.
“Oh please, you have to help me Sir. She's gone mad” the receptionist suddenly started crying in a pathetic attempt to look scared and helpless.
“You f*****g liar. Apologize right now!” I said, staring her down fiercely.
“Calm down ma'am” the stranger holding me back suddenly spoke up.
I stopped struggling immediately, I was still angry and wanted her to apologize to me anyways.
But I realized I was causing a scene, so I tried to stand still while taking the time to observe the man standing next to me.
“Miss Patricia, I expect an explanation from you. Right away!” He said to her sternly.
