From the jagged rim of my coffee mug this morning, to the sudden twitch in my left eye twice, to my favourite spectacle fallen into a thousand pieces this morning from when it slipped from my hand; It was going to be a bad day for me. Call me superstitious all you want but I believe so much in omens and bad lucks and good lucks and I knew the universe wasn’t on my side this morning.
