I raced out of the grand room towards the front door. After barrelling through it, I ran to the same place we did Asher’s birthday celebration. It wasn’t long before everyone was with me. Me, Daemon, My mom and dad, Jed, Daisy, Amanda, Axel, and Asher. The only one missing was Dom, but that seemed to be par for the course with him. I didn’t mind, though.
Everyone I wanted to fly with was here. We stood in the middle of the grand area, waiting for the first one to shift. I couldn’t wait any longer, so I took my defensive stance Clilene taught me and shifted while flying into the sky. Azza took flight, and we were gliding in the air. She let go of a large plume of fiery satisfaction while everyone watched below. One by one, they shifted, and I finally saw their dragons.
