Daemon decided to take me out to eat tonight. He wanted some alone time and to get out of the house. It’s been stressful at home. Lia’s getting very moody, the end of the semester is almost here, and everyone’s on edge. I really appreciate the opportunity to get out a bit. We sat down at the table, and after he ordered, I recognized someone out of the corner of my eye. His short black hair, bright white skin, seemed familiar but I couldn’t place it. That is until I stared into his emerald green eyes. As soon as we met eyes, I knew who he was. He’d been sitting there since before we got here, but there’s no way this is a coincidence, is it? “Uh Daemon,” I said, and his face dropped when he saw the worry in my eyes.
