CHAPTER ONE

1480 Words
Flexing my hands, I grit my teeth hard, slumping down against the dirty greasy floor, littered with maggots infested leftovers, and everything ugly, sad and just plain miserable. I groan slowly, injecting the liquid into my hands. I could feel the drugs running through my veins, my body slumping forward as every vein tingled with euphoria. I probably looked pitiful, and right now I didn't blame my parents for abandoning me nineteen years ago, cold, lonely, barely clothed in front of the only orphanage in this godforsaken town. I smile tiredly, imagining old Becky’s face if she could see me now. She was the first to throw me out, but by no means the last. I smell terrible, I couldn’t remember the last time I took my bath, brushed or even saw myself in a mirror. The long brown trouser now black, and greasy barely covered my thin legs with the cuts all over it. My hoodie I had recently stolen was no better, but at least it gave me a little warmth. My teeth chatter a bit, my toes tingling at the biting cold threatening to ruin my high. When was the last time I ate a warm meal? When was the last time I slept on a warm bed? How long have I been on the streets? I didn’t count the days anymore, and had long lost any hope of life becoming any better than this. I sat up straighter as a familiar man walked towards me, nervously glancing behind him as if anyone even bothered to come around here. The smell alone was unbearable but I had long gotten used to it. I stared at him, watching him, waiting for what I knew was coming. “I have 20 dollars with me, I could make it 50 if you allow me to go raw.” Randy breathed out, staring at me with lust and disgust. I contemplated it for a while, 50 dollars was a lot, and moreover what use was it trying to act like I gave a damn. Highest I would contact a disease, then die like I was supposed to. I nod my head, too tired to even open my mouth. That unfortunately didn’t stop Randy as the smaller man knelt down, opening his trousers before shoving his dirty d**k inside my mouth. I sucked him as best as I could, disgusted with the lewd sounds pouring from his drunken mouth. After a while, Randy turned me over, pulled my trousers down, and without warning, shoved his d**k inside my ass. I gritted my teeth at the pain tearing me apart. I just had to endure, soon it would be over. I laid there, as still as I could, almost angry at the fact that somehow, my own d**k managed to stand. I was even more ashamed of my body’s reaction than I was of the act itself. Randy moans became louder, his sharp nails digging into my hips. Another of his hands pinned my head harshly to the floor. “You like that ehhh…” he grunted, “being taken like this, dirty, unwanted. Is that it, is that why you lay there like a good boy taking my dick.” “Answer me…” he gruntted out, pounding harshly into me. I was moaning now, it might be the heroine I just injected into my body, or it might be that I was truly a disgusting psychopath like old Becky had liked to call me. Either way, my moans filled the alley, my body quivering as pleasure ran through my body. “That’s it, c*m for me, like the dirty w***e you are.” Randy grunted out, shaking as he spilled his seeds deep within me. My body jerked, my ass clenching as I came too. We laid there, silent, breathless. Randy cursed loudly, standing up before dragging his jeans up, buckling it. He brought out 50 dollars, looking at me a bit, before adding an extra 20 dollars, throwing it at the floor in front of my face. “There, this should last for a while. Maybe find one of those shelter homes for kids you know.” He cleared his throat, watching me a bit, before turning away. I watched him as he walked, no, basically ran out of the alleyway. Out of all my customers, he was at least one of the few that tipped me well or that could make me enjoy the act a bit. I sighed tiredly, dragging my trousers up, before taking the money, hiding it. It was all going to be spent on drugs anyways. I had tried going to those homes, but they were much worse. This dump was my own, my makeshift home and I was ok with it. I probably might have passed out, but I blinked slowly. It was night now, the cold unrelenting. I shiver, hugging myself tighter. If I was lucky, I would die from hypothermia first. I stare at the broken lap, providing the alley with a little light. Cricket surrounded it, each fighting for its warmth. I don’t know how long I stared at the lamp, but I jerked fast, crouching down to hide myself as voices could be hard, arguing aggressively. Sure nobody really came around here, but occasionally thieves, druggies came around, looking for a quiet place to do their business, and I did my part by making sure I stayed hidden. “Where is he?” a deep voice growled out. I cursed silently, raising my head up as I crouched down a bit, staring at the distance where four men stood, pushing at a smaller man with his hands tied behind his back. “Go to hell Crawford and while you are there, suck malick d**k for me,” the smaller man growled out. I shiver, biting my lips as the growls did something to my belly, making me nauseous. This wasn’t your typical druggies situation, or the occasional petty thieves. I wasn’t the smartest, but I like to think I wasn’t totally stupid either. No this was something different, something more dangerous. And yet I still remained, too scared to move, but also intrigued. The smaller man was outnumbered, yet his voice held no fear. The larger man, Crawford, punched him hard, before bringing out a gun. “Keep running your mouth isreal, let’s see if your Alpha can save you. You will tell me where he is, if you value your life.” “I am not a snitch, and my life is for my Alpha,” isreal spat out. Well as much as this was fun, I already knew the man’s fate. It was surprising one would willingly lay down their life for another. I chuckled, freezing at my mistake. “Did you hear that?” someone asked aloud. “s**t….” I whispered out. Before I could run, two men were in front of me, the cold barrel of their gun placed on my head. “Stand up slowly, any foolish attempt and bam, you are dead.” One of the men gritted out. I stood as slowly as I could, contemplating if I should just make a run for it. Too much of a coward to actually end my miserable life, maybe finally someone could end it for me. One of the men dragged me roughly towards his leader I assume. He pushed me to my knees, the gun immediately returning to my head. “What should we do with this one Crawford?” the guy asked. “He smells human and terrible, wager he is just a disgusting homeless man or boy, won’t be missed. Kill him,” Crawford says harshly. I must have been a distraction because next thing I know, isreal that had been tied down was on his feet fast, in the blink of an eye he snatched the gun, shooting Crawford and then dodging as someone else shot back. I knelt there in shock, watching as blood soaked the concrete, Crawford's dead body staring at me. “Run…, f*****g run.” Israel shouted, shooting one of the men that had found me. I stood shakily, confused and scared. He ran in front of me, dragging my hand as we ran. I scream as piercing pain flows through my back. I slump down, touching my chest. I had been shot, and I was going to die. “s**t….., s**t…” Israel cursed out loudly, kneeling down beside me. “It’s ok, it’s ok.” he whispered out, pressing his hand on my chest. I frowned, confused on why he was still by my side. He didn’t know me, my life shouldn’t matter. “It’s ok,” I tell him, choking on my blood. “I can finally rest.” I smiled, for the first time, peaceful as I welcomed the darkness of death.
