ASIDE FROM HIS MEMORIES coming back to taunt him, it had been a long month of doubling up on duties to make up for no assistant that was finally catching up with him. He preferred to be at work well ahead of his crew, but since that was clearly not happening that day, he figured he could at least stop and pick up some donuts and coffee for them.
