“Listen Jenny, I- “I dropped my coffee cup in surprise. Luckily it had gone cold, so it didn’t burn my skin off. I was constantly drifting off today and my Damien s*x dream was to blame for that. I mean who the hell has a vivid s*x dream about their neighbor next door?
I half turned around, finding Chloe looking at me with the same surprise expression.
“Are you okay?” She questioned, her gaze darting briefly to the scattered pieces of the ceramic coffee cup. I walked towards the corner of the kitchen, retrieving the pail and a pair of gloves.
