I paced around the room waiting for Jaylen to return, I wanted to apologize to him about what happened at the hospital. I could have apologized the moment we returned but he left the room and went to God knows where.
"I'm sorry," I apologized when Jaylen entered the room. I didn't want him to go to bed without talking.
"Have you been waiting for me?" Jaylen smiled and I nodded my head.
"I wanted to apologize for what happened at the office," I lowered my gaze and played with my fingers, I didn't want to see the expression he had on his face.
"It doesn't matter," Jaylen sat on the bed, "Anyway be prepared we are going on a trip first thing tomorrow morning."
