The adventurer’s guild as it was known to the general public. It was a place where anyone that was seeking adventure could join and gather experience both in and outside of combat scenarios. Fighting was not the only thing that adventurers did as they were not soldiers nor were they considered public servants either.
They were a force that work outside of those systems to work more closely with the general public as someone that held no title over them. As not everyone could become a soldier after all even though anyone can apply to do so. The training and the various test would w**d out those that can and can’t cut the mustard in that regard. Those that think they can just will it into existence, that would not be possible unless things go a certain way. To succeed like that takes a lot
