Just as Henry was staring at his phone in shock, a call came in from an unknown number. "Hello?" Henry pressed the answer button and put the phone to his ear. "Hello, is this Mr. Wright?" A deep, authoritative male voice came from the other end of the line, sounding like it belonged to a middle-aged man. "This is Henry. I'm not a 'mister'. You must have the wrong number," Henry replied, frowning slightly. He found the title "mister" a bit odd. "No, I haven't dialed the wrong number. You are exactly the person I'm looking for! Mr. Wright, you have a large inheritance to claim. When would you be available? I'd like to help you make the necessary arrangements," the man said, his tone becoming even more respectful. "What? A large inheritance? Are you saying that the billion dollars in my account was transferred by you?" Henry's hand holding the phone started to tremble slightly, and his voice rose a few octaves. 'Was the money not a mistake or some kind of money-laundering scheme, but rather an inheritance I am supposed to receive?' "That's correct. The billion dollars was indeed transferred to you by me! However, this amount is just a small portion of the inheritance you are to receive. The majority of the fixed assets and overseas funds will require the appropriate formalities before they can be transferred to you." After hearing the man's response, Henry began pacing back and forth in the room, filled with excitement. 'If a billion dollars is just a small part of the inheritance, then how big is this entire inheritance?' "Wait a minute. I'm an orphan with no family and no relatives. I grew up in an orphanage. Where would I get an inheritance to claim?" Henry's excitement quickly turned to suspicion. 'Is this some kind of new scam?' "Mr. Wright, this matter is rather complex and can't be explained over the phone. How about we meet in person to discuss it in detail? If you are available tomorrow morning, please come to the 87th floor of Majesty Building. I will provide you with a full explanation," the man said in a gentle tone. Henry didn't answer immediately. He hesitated for a moment before agreeing. 'Even if this is a scam, meeting in broad daylight in a busy downtown building carries minimal risk.' "Very well. I look forward to seeing you tomorrow morning at Majesty Building!" The man hung up after receiving Henry's confirmation. The next morning, Henry parked his scooter at the base of Majesty Building and looked up at the towering structure, swallowing hard nervously. Majesty Building was the most prestigious commercial office building in Arcanum City, located right in the city center. It had 88 floors, and the rent for each floor was exorbitantly high. Anyone who had a company here or worked in this building was undoubtedly part of the city's elite. The outdoor parking lot of the building was filled with all kinds of luxury cars. The employees going in and out of the building, both men and women, were all dressed in suits and exuded an air of confidence, looking every bit like successful individuals. Henry glanced at the luxury cars, then at his second-hand scooter. He looked at the high-end suits others were wearing and then at his cheap outfit from a street market. Unable to help it, he lowered his head. But eventually, he straightened up and walked into the building with his head held high. "Hey! Delivery and courier packages go in the lockers by the door. Don't bring them inside! Hey, you, what are you looking at?" As Henry was searching for the elevator, he heard a female voice full of impatience coming from the front desk. "Me? Delivery?" Henry looked over instinctively and saw the receptionist glaring at him. He glanced around to make sure she was talking to him, then replied, somewhat speechless, "I'm not delivering anything. What are you talking about?" "If you're not delivering, then what are you doing here?" The receptionist asked, frowning with a hint of annoyance in her voice. "I'm here to meet someone!" Henry replied matter-of-factly. "You know someone who works here? Yeah, right. Get out of here and call them to come down. Don't stand here and be an eyesore!" The receptionist looked Henry up and down with disdain, rolling her eyes as she spoke. Seeing the receptionist's attitude, Henry didn't bother to argue further. He walked straight toward the elevators, wanting only to figure out if the billion dollars in his account truly belonged to him. "Hey! Where do you think you're going? Stop right there!" The receptionist shouted as she noticed Henry walking away. She quickly stepped out from behind the front desk and hurried toward him. Henry reached the elevator and glanced back, seeing her angrily storming over. He couldn't help but feel a bit anxious. "Ding!" Just then, the elevator doors opened. Without looking back, Henry dashed inside. "Ah!" A startled cry rang out inside the elevator. Henry felt himself bump into something soft and fragrant. Turning his head, he froze. In front of him stood a stunning young woman around twenty years old, dressed in a business suit. She had a beautiful face and a curvy figure. As she rubbed her chest and glared at him, Henry realized he had just run into her chest, which explained the softness! "What's wrong with you? Are you blind? Wait, where are you looking?" The office lady snapped as she noticed Henry's eyes fixed intently on her chest. Furious, she covered her ample cleavage with her hands. Despite her anger, she still looked incredibly attractive, exuding a charm that was hard to ignore. "Sorry, that was my fault! Let me help you pick these up!" Henry apologized, snapping out of his daze. He noticed the scattered documents at her feet, clearly knocked over when he bumped into her. He crouched down and began picking them up clumsily. "What department are you from? No, wait, you don't look like our staff. You..." The office lady folded her arms, looking down at Henry with a haughty tone. As Henry gathered the documents, he noticed the last one was pinned under the office lady's foot. He grabbed the corner of the document and instinctively looked up, saying, "Excuse me, could you move your—holy sh*t, no underwear!" From his angle, he could see right up the lady's skirt, catching a glimpse of her enticing private area. His eyes widened in shock, almost having a nosebleed. "Ah! You p*rvert!" The office lady screamed, noticing where Henry's eyes were. She pressed down her skirt and ran out of the elevator. "Help! Someone's trying to break into the building and harass Manager Gray! We're at the lobby elevator! Security, get over here now!" Just as Henry picked up all the documents and stood up to try and explain, the receptionist caught up to him. She blocked the elevator doors with one hand and shouted into her walkie-talkie with the other, clearly furious.
