Ivy's P.O.V.

Finally I'm done with my internship! Me and my classmates were so excited as we received our certificates and plaques or recognition. This hospital treated us well, they even throw a small party for all of us, I am so happy to have this experienced together with my for lifers troupe.

"Cheers to success!" We made a tossed and then made our glasses touched each other.

I am so glad we made it here now! I am so happy.

"Congratulations," Loffy gave me a small paper bag as a gift. I thanked him for that.

"You'll be soon in the field, see you," he said and I just smiled at him.

While having fun we play cards and even some high school games such as spin the bottle.

"Krea, truth or dare?" We asked our proctor, he just laughed before answering.

"Truth," she said.

"Do you still love your ex?" My gay classmate asks her everyone is excited so was I. Even I do not know who her ex is.

"Only 65%," she said and gave me an awkward smile. I pouted at her she never told me who her ex is!

The bottle spins again and I was shocked with whom it was pointed. What the heck is Liam doing here? Oh I almost forgot they were I think good friends with Loffy. He smirks before asking me a question.

"Truth or Dare?" he asks and I crossed my arms on my chest before answering.

"Truth," I said with my high eyebrows so high.

"Hmm, who do you hate the most in this circle," he asked. I gave him a smirk before answering. f**k this dude.

"Hmm, you," I said and the people around the circle shouted oh. Who do you think you are Liam.

"Okay, we'll try to change that," he said as he chuckle before spinning the bottle again. And for goodness sake it was pointed on Loffy and Liam.

"Dude, truth or dare?" he asked. Liam smirk before answering.

"Dare," he said.

"Fucker, hold the hand of the one you find beautiful in this circle," Loffy told him, as he laugh.

"Can I change sits with Krea?" he asked. What the heck, is he sitting next to me?

"Sure," Loffy answered.

"What the heck, fucker, don't freaking tell me..."

"It's just a game Loffy," he said as he holds my hands " Don't let go unless we're on the fifteenth turn," he said looking at me. I just rolled my eyes. I saw Loffy made a sad face when he saw Liam holding my hand.

Spins after spins, and then it was pointed on Liam and my gay classmate again.

"Oh, I've been waiting for this," he said with so much excitement.

"Do you still have feelings for your ex?" he asks.

"No, it was all gone," he said with mo hesitations at all. He expressions never even changed. The people around the circle gasps and I took the opportunity to get my hands back.

"It's the fifteenth turn," I told Liam and he just made a sad face.

When we got bored playing such high school games. We drink out and get wasted, I can sense miss Krea seems to be drinking too much today may be it was her free time to get wasted now.

"Let's sing along," she said as she sang the heartbreak song. Damn is she going into something, we've been staying in the same room for a long time and I didn't even know that she has this kind of problem.

After the party we pack our things and went home. I stayed at my condo unit getting some break time for a while before going back to school again. It is so hard to keep myself sleeping all day but also refreshing because I've been longing into this. It's been a while.

After a week of vacation we came back at school for our other school requirements to graduate. Damn up until this point I can't still believe that I made it here. I am so glad that I made it here.

"Congratulations!" shouts and celebrations was all over our recognition day just happened. and My mom, dad, and my sister went home for this. We will wait for a week or two for the formal graduation but for now we will celebrate our recognition day.

"You'll be managing our pharmacy here, " my dad told me and I nodded. I know that after graduation I will soon be the pharmacist of our drugstore. I will surely do everything just to fulfill their standards I don't want to disappoint them.

"You did great Ivy, I am so proud of you!" my mom told me while we were having lunch time here in the Italian restaurant.

"Yes love, thank you for doing your best," daddy added my sister is smiling at me. I know even without her words she is so proud of what and whom I've become.

Graduation day, I received flowers as gifts from my sister, mother, dad, and some admirers. I feel so love at that moment. At the same time so happy that this is now the day I can finally sa goodbye to my freakin hellish school schedule, I'll be doing my work with compensation now. Not to mention the monthly salary plus benefits, I am literally excited being able to buy and pay for things that I want is really my dream.

"Congratulations Ivy!" my family shouted the moment we got home, they throw a small party for me, they even printed a tarpulin consisting my name and their warm congratulations.

"You'll be busy for the boards after this," my aunt told me and I nodded, I am eyeing to ace the boards and pass it in one take.

"Are you planning to go for review center?" my other aunt asks me, I am actually considering the sense of enrolling to a review center, it will give me a larger percent of passing.

"Yeah, I am going to tell dad about that one tita," I told her and she pinched my right cheek.

"No need to tell him, love, I'll pay for it," she said and gave me her check. I was so shocked by the amount in the check but she just gave me a smile. I know aunt Sabby is a single rich tita of ours and she always treats us and gives us whenever we want. In short we were so spoiled by her.

I processed my documents to apply in our own pharmacy, I want to work now. And mom is my supervisor, I know my mom is kind but she is not that so kind at work, so for my today's interview I am so damn neervous.

"Good morning Mrs. Gonzalez," I greeted her, I got real nervous when I saw her serious face, damn this is not my mom.

"I can sense your nervousness from right here," she said in monotone, I cleared my throat I really wanted to melt right now, she is not my mom here. ugh.

"Hand me your resume," she said and I immediately give her my resume, she gave me a judging look before proceeding to read my documents I am so freaking nervous that I do not know what to do right now. Mom!

"Okay, thank you for your time, We'll call you back," she said and gave me a sweet smile.

But that smile made my knees weak, damn, did my mom really rejected me? Oh my gosh! I waited for her outside, because I want to talk to her, wow, mommy! I am your daughter now you are not going to give me the freaking job!

"Mom," I called her immediately when I saw her went out of the office, she gestured me to follow her to her room. She locked the door and she looked at me.

"Seriously Ivy, I don't like how you sit a while ago, you seems like not confident with yourself, I can sense your nervousness, your sweating palms--"

"Mom, maybe you can sense that because I am your daughter!" I cut her out of frustrations, she just patted my head and smiled at me.

"Take your seat Ivy, I'll make you coffee," she said and went to the coffee maker to make me one, I am still frustrated on how she treated me!

"Ivy, being blood related to me, doesn't guarantee you to have a work, you also need to make a name on your own, it is not something you can get from us, I did that to you because I can feel you are not confident on yourself, and don't excuse that mother daughter relationship of us, because that is not the matter here, When I am at work I set aside personal feelings, I don't even treat your father as my husband when we are at work. And that is what you call professionalism love," she said as she handed me the coffee I received it and take a sip from it.

"I know you might not understand it now but no blood attachments or family connections shall be part in having works, you should do it yourself, sell your self, not literally but the skills and knowledge you can offer, do not bargain yourself just to get a job, look for your standard and meet it, don't just find a job just to get or have money always put your hearts in it," she said and smiled at me.

I immediately finished my coffee and bid my goodbye to her, Uh, mom is relaly soemthing but I can't deny the fact that I have learned something from her.

I decided to go to Levi to have some quality time, but someone is always present to ruin everything.

"Hi," Liam greeted me, wow what is he doing in our pharmacy?

"Jayce G Pharmaceutical," he read the name of our pharmacy and I realized something.

"Okay fine, I'll pay you when I get a job," I told him and even gave him a sweet smile.

"Well I am not here to get the payment from you, but since you made me remember that, can I borrow an hour from you?" he asks and I just nodded.

"Fine, whatever, just don't kidnap me, mom and dad were just out there watching out," I told and he just gave me his smirk.

"Yes ma'am," he said and then get his car I seated at the backseat I am not in the mood to sit in front.

"Wow, where are we heading ma'am?" he is teasing me and I just rolled my eyes on him, I heard him chuckle and he drove on wherever I don't know.

"We're here," he said and I was so shocked whe I realized where we are.

"f**k, what are we freaking doing here in Tagaytay? Are you out of your mind huh?" I scolded him but he just chuckle.

"I told your sister, don't worry I'll pay for this," he said and gestured me to follow him.

"Seirously how did you know my sister? And what on earth are we doing here?" I asks him again.

"Well uhm, eat?" he is not even sure huh.

"Don't worry I'll pay."

"I have a debt from you then you'll just adding!"

"Well, I say it as a interest? Well you don't have to worry, your time is enough to pay for that," he said and handed me the menu.

I ordered something not so pricy, I am shy to tell him to give me the most expensive dishes.

"Is that all?" he asks and I nodded. He smiled and then we waited for our order, he was so quiet and no one is daring to talk between us, my only concern now is, how the heck I did not notice we are heading here, seriously he is wasting his gas from travelling from Manila to Tagaytay. Such an expensive gateaway, and why is he doing it again now?

"Your orders ma'am, sir," the waiter told us and served our oder I was a little bit shocked when I realized how many dishes was presented in from of me, what the heck I only ordered for the soup.

"The soup will be served later ma'am," the waitress told me and I gave Liam a questioning look.

"Well I am hungry, so, are you?" he ask, obviously teasing, I rolled my eyes, uhm, mommy I can't deny my cravings for these foods, it seems and looks so yummy.

I can't stop myself from tasting the foods in front of me. I heard him chuckle I looked at him and he just shook his head.
