Chapter 12: Confrontation

Ivy's P.O.V.

I was in the middle of the woods, a park, a car and a very random place. I was screaming for help, I am holding a gun, I am getting saved by someone else in the mask? f**k I am screaming but no voices is coming out of my mouth I want to punch the man trying to hurt me but I can't do so, and I don't feel the punch either. Like what? Damn I tried to ran faster but I can't I am trying so damn hard to get away but I just can't. What was happening. "Help!"

I got up from my bed panting, damn, that was just a dream, a nightmare to be exact, I hate it, I don't want to feel that kind of ridiculous nightmare, damn. I get the glass of water and then drink from it, I got up and went to the bathroom to urinate, I stared myself in the mirror and wonders why does this thing happened, I look at the wall clock and it was about 10:00 pm, f**k I just slept for 2 hours and here's what happened, I again opened my notes to study and try forget the uncommon nightmare. I did. and then got bored of reading my notes then there I watch a series, So uncomfy at times because I saw the exact scenes in my freaking nightmare, That was the exact scene the girl running, the goons chasing her and a man trying to save her. The only difference is that I don't know the faces of the goons and the savior in my dream.

"Argh, what the heck is happening with me, I hate this, Ivy, get up, I think you need to study more to let go of these stupid stuffs on your head!" I am a little bit angry for myself but also trying so hard to figure out the reason why.

When I got sleepy I turned off the television and then washed the dishes I used a while ago. After that I slept. Slept with my cat, hugging my throw pillow, and my cat pillow.

Some comforting words, comfortable world, that was the dream destination, I always opt to have. f*****g assholes. I was kicking, crashing windows, holding a gun, and I was panting real hard. Damn, where am I, why does the place seems to be known to me but also unknown to me. Damn . I woke up with that terrible dream, what was that. Oh crap I remember I watch a ridiculous series last night.

"Probably the reason," I told myself as I get up to freshen up, but still left me starring at myself in the mirror in the middle of the night where am I, and what am I doing there?

"Argh, I hate to think about it," I just went to the bathroom and took a bath. After that I get to choose my clothing and then checked on my phone.

Loffy hasn't texting me as before. He barely chats me and I kind of finding my feelings slowly getting flown by the wind. I am getting so stressed in my work too, I love my mom because after trying twice she finally accepted me as her employee also telling me to focus myself in managing our pharmacy here. I am so glad that I can see that she still believes in me

While I am busy checking our stocks someone called me.

"Miss Ivy the customer is looking for you." my employee told me, I wonder who the heck was that, maybe it was Levi, but she is out of town today up until next week, hmm, who will be this person this time then.

"What's the matter?" I asked

"He didn't tell me ma'am but he told me you should accomodate him," she said upon looking at her she seems nervous. I just nodded at her and gave her the lists of medicines for her to continue what am I doing.

I was wearing my smiles when I say, "Good morning sir, how may I help you?" But my smiles faded when I saw some annoying face. What the heck Liam!

"What are you doing here?" I asks him he just gave me a small smile. Oh, how unprofessional Ivy of course he'll buy medicines.

"Uhm, as far as I remember people go to pharmacy to buy some medicine," he said while grinning.

"Okay, so what medicine, do you have prescriptions?" I asked as I raised my eyebrows, dude he looks so fine, well, probably he might have sickness so I wore my face mask, just to be safe.

"I need medicines for flu." he said as he giggles at me, hmm, what seems to be funny? Damn this man.

"How many pieces." I asked without looking at him this time because he looks annoying ugh.

"Just one," I gave him a questioning look but he just winked at me. Seriously?

"You got to be kidding me, you're wasting my time!" I said out of frustrations, like dude, who the heck wanted to buy just a piece of medicine, he must be out of his mind, or is he just freaking wasting my time. Damn this i***t.

"Not at all, because you'll keep the change," he said and leave the one hundred pesos on the counter. He didn't even waited for the receipt!

After four hours he came back and still looking for me just to buy one flu medicine, I wanted to punch him that moment but I am trying so hard to calm myself. Also, I am getting frustrated for not receiving any updates from Loffy.

"Ma'am you've been checking you phone from time to time, you don't have to worry he loves you," my co worker teases me I just chuckle but seriously I am not in the mood for this jokes.

That Loffy hasn't texted me since Graduation, am I done? Is it all his game?

I almost drowned for my own thoughts luckily there's a bunch number of customers that made me busy. I stayed up standing for I don't know how many hours, helping my co workers and seeing them getting alerted and stressed at the same time made me think of hiring new co workers, I don't want to see them stressing like this.

I went home getting tired and I received an email confirming my enrolment to the review center. I didn't know that it would be the other week from now. So I decided to tell mom about my plan of hiring new employees.

"No worries from me Ivy, you can do whatever you want in Jayze G, as long as it is for the betterment," she said.

"Okay mom, also while I am away, I want to assign Susan as the head in Jayze, I can see how she works mom, but I still need your opinion about it."

"Susan? No, give it to your tita Sabby, she'll be staying here until your boards, she won't come back to Australia yet."

"Okay mom, tita Sabby will take over then."

"But mom isn't it too much?"

"Too much of what?"

"She payed for my review center fees them even gave me money."

"Oh, come on, your tita Sabby is way richer than us, so don't be like that, she will be unhappy if you'd ecline."

"Well, knowing tita Sabby, anyways mom thanks good night."

"Where are you staying right now?"

"Here at grandma's home, I am too lazy to go to my condo mom."

"Ah, I see, good night, tell mom good night too, kiss her my good night too, okay?"

"Yes mom, love you."

I ended the call and went to my grandma's room.

"Hi, grandma."

"Ivy, good night, you should sleep now," she said while lying on her bed, I smiled at her.

"Yes grandma, I just came here to say my mom and I goodnight to you," I told her and kissed her cheeks she giggled with that.

"You're still sweet, good night."

I traveled to the review center to confirm my enrolment to them also to find a near apartment. my condo unit is from where the review center is and it will cost a lot of time if I need to travel from time to time.

I processed all the papers and then went to my apartment. Tita Sabby really paid for everything, she's just one chat away. When I was about to go home I saw the hospital where we stayed for our internship. I stop by there and stayed at the nurse station.

"Where's Krea?" I asked the nurses and they looked awkwardly at each other.

"Uhm, I think she hasn't arrived yet, have you seen her?"

"No, not yet,"

They said so I assumed that she's not here yet, I asked them to have lunch with me and they immediately agreed with me.

Their lunch break was filled with craziness and laughter we had a senseless and endless topics. I am so glad I am here with them ugh.

"We are actually missing you all guys," they told me and they even mentioned put gay classmate.

"Oh, he went to Canada right after graduation," I told them and they were kind of shocked but also happy for him.

"Krea has arrived but seems like she's not in the mood, she's been hurrying to go in Dr. Loffy's office.

"Huh?" everyone of us is getting troubled.

After having lunch I went to check miss Krea at the pharmacy but she is nowhere to be found. I decided to go to Loffy's log. While I am on my way I saw Krea wiping her eyes, seems like she came from crying so hard.

"Krea," she just gave me a look as she run as fast as she can. I don't know what happened so I checked Loffy.

I wear my smile but my smiles faded when I saw him. Sitting on his swivel chair while someone is on top of him. f**k you!

"Loffy..." I called him and he immediately pushed the woman on top of him. I saw his clothes getting unbottuned which made me mad.

"Ivy..."

"f**k you!" I yelled at him and went out of the hospital.

Damn you!

I was about to cry but I stopped when I saw Krea, she's crying but I can't. I only find myself heading to the nearest bar drinking alcohol ending the burning and depth wound in my chest.

"Ivy..." I heard some familiar voice, I laughed, I know who owns that voice.

"What?" I asks him but he didn't answer. I felt his hands holding my arms but I let him go. I feel dizzy and was about to fall but I am keeping my balance.

"Please, Ivy..." He then about to hold my arms again but I have him a death glare.

"No, no, no, Loffy...you are not allowed to freaking hold me!" I told him firmly, I didn't see his reaction and I do not care about his reaction. I ran outside of the bar and hid myself in the convenience store. It was about to close and someone grabbed me away from there.

"Hey!"I shouted "Don't kidnap me!" I am punching his back but seems like he is strong damn who is this man.

I am kicking the air while he was carrying me like a bag of rice. But it seems like I am not that heavy for him to take me on his car. I am about to protest but I felt my eyes wanting to shut off so I just slept there. With the freaking stranger.
