Chapter 13

Sammy Pov 

I wake up to my phone ringing, i look at it and groan its daniel, i answer it “ hello” “ sammy, what the f**k! Why aren't you at work?” I sigh “ i don't work there no more” he scoffs “ really? Have you told lucas?” i'm not really in the mood for his attitude “ yes i have! When he was kicking my front door in. ok! I'm going bye” with that i put the phone down. What is everyones f*****g problem? I get up and go to the bathroom, have a shower, brush my teeth, dry my hair and throw on a t-shirt and jeans, then I grab my bag and head out the door. 

I know exactly what i need and that is to get out of town, i might go visit my brother he lives in cornwall and it would be nice to get away for a while, i pull out my phone and dial his number, after a few ring he picks up “ hey sis, you alright?” he sounds worried “ im fine, i was just wondering if i can come stay with you for a while, it's been ages and i miss my big brother” he chuckles “don't lie to me sammy” he laughs, so do i “ yeah sure come down, i will take a few days off work” i laugh “your the ceo! You can take any day off” i laugh and he chuckles “ yeah your right, i'll send someone to come pick you up, just send me your location” “ thank you christian” he groan “ you know i hate being called that” i laugh “ i do and thats why its funny” “ i'll see you soon sis” “ bye”. 

I walk to see daniel and say goodbye to him and jess as i'm not sure when i'll be back or if i will come back, i walk into the restaurant, i spot him at the bar, i walk over and he turns to me with a sad smile on his face “ hey, is jess here as well” “ hey and yeah i'll go get her” he walks of and 5 minutes later they are walking in front of me “ hey sammy, you ok?” I nod “ yeah are you?” she nods “i just came to say goodbye, i'm heading out of town for a while” daniels mouth falls open and jess is in shock “ you mean your leaving” i nod “ yeah, i'm going to my brothers for a while” daniel pulls me into a hug “ i'm going to miss you sammy” “ ill miss you too but there is a thing called phones” i giggle “ it's not the same” i give him a sad smile and then jess pulls me into a hug, a few minutes later she lets me go “ when are you coming back” i shrug “ i don't know, nothing keeping me here apart from you too” daniel looks defeated and then looks at me “what about lucas?” “ what about him” my voice coming out in a cold tone “ nothing, just he has been in a shitty mood because of what he done” i scoff “ i dont give a s**t, no one is ever going to treat me like that again” he nods “ so don't tell him where i will be danny” “ i wont” i nod, then i see a black car pull up “ that's my ride, cornwall here i come” i smile at my friends “ see you around guys” “ love you sammy” “ love you too danny boy” he smile “ see you later sammy” “ bye jess, no karaoke without me” i giggle “ thank god” he laughs, i wave and head to the car, as i get in and turn i see lucas standing there, i turn my head as we drive away, ready to start my new chapter.
