Kesiray's POV The trees passed below us in a blur of green and brown, nothing but quick-moving images that I paid little attention to as we flew toward Thazel's house. My parents had to be there; there was no way they would let Indi hurt Thazel or the girls. Soaring over the landfall of the tribe, Solaris held my hand tightly, keeping me up as my wings groaned and protested being pushed so fast. Their house was growing closer, coming into view, and I could see a large crowd gathered around, like the front of their home was a stage, and they were all watching a performance.
