David Jones is a young billionaire of the New York City.
Everyone in the town admired his growth in business. He tried his hand in almost every field of the business and get the desired results.He has not only luxury hotels across the world but also the real estate business and many other business.
But having so much money is not the only thing, which is interesting about him.
He is the most handsome and arrogant man of town.
Who always want to control everything weather it is his professional life or personal. He grab the contract from other companies by hook or by crook.
There is only one thing, which really matters in his life and it is making money.
He sleeps with more than hundred girls in his life but he never made love to any girl.
David's POV-
It was the afternoon and time was around 2am.
when I arrived in my office with my best friend Harry in my brand new Lamborghini.
I went to the reception area and then I turn right towards the elevator to reach my office which is on the twentieth floor of building.
All the staff members were wishing me good afternoon when I passed by them and there were some who were looking down and cannot even making eye contact with me.
I opened the door of my office and settled in the royal chair and Harry is sitting in front of me.
" This contract is really important for us if our company get this contract than we will have the biggest mall in this town and no one seriously no one will have a luxurious mall as compared to this."
Harry said in full enthusiastic way.
''Whatever it takes this contract will be in the name of Jonas Group" I replied to Harry in a confident way.
The landline phone buzzed and I answered the phone.
Other side of phone- Good Morning sir, this is Maria I phone you to inform that about today's meeting, which is in the Grand Mall in city center .
"what is the meeting time Maria" I asked.
" It is 4 o clock sir" Maria replied
"Get all the paper Ready in Fifteen minutes." I command to her.
" Leo Smith is also coming in this meeting"
" Do you have any idea about it " Harry said making frustrated face.
"Yes I already know about that" I replied
"What" ??
"Then why you did not told me before" Harry was asking in shocking tone."
"Grandpa told me this morning" I calmly said to Harry.
"Then you should not attend this meeting let me go to attend this" Harry said.
" I am going to attend this meeting and this again Leo smith will have lose this contract." I replied in angry tone.
"Listen David I know that you are capable to grab any F**king contract in this world"
"But this time you that Isabella will be there with"
" Seeing her with your Rival will really hurt You" Harry replied and the concerned in his voice for me was clearly showing.
"So what Harry"?
"What you want from me" ?
To sit here, and watch them ?
Is this you want ? I replied in complete anger.
I don't want it but I can see your pain David, just try to understand my point.
I will go the meeting and handle this project.
"Get one thing straight in your mind" I am going there and I don't care what they both will do in the meeting. I replied.
The phone buzz.
" Sir all the documents are ready" Please have a look on the file, Maria said.
"Get the papers in my cabin" I replied.
Just in two minutes she is in my cabin along with the file.
"You can go" I replied to Maria.
I handover the file to Harry to check that all the details are accurate.
After having a look on file. We left the office for the meeting
At the meeting
All the foreign delegates were sitting on their respective position when I arrived in the meeting and also the bastard Leo and Isabella were also sitting opposite of my direction and they were intertwined their hands.
When I look at Leo, he gave a false smile and tighten the grip of Isabella's hands.
My blood Boiled in anger and frustration, but I composed myself.
The meetings starts by Leo.
He offered is his business proposal to the foreign delegates.
Leo- I am offering you 50 billion for this land and my aim to develop a luxury residential flats on this location and this will also benefit your company employees as they can take advantage and we will have 49% and 51% partnership in this project.
I laughed on his proposal.
"Leo don't you know that an average working employ cannot purchase a luxury flat. I replied seeing in Leo and Isabella's direction."
"And no other Politician and Film star will like to purchase a house which is surrounded by factories and work shop".
"As far as I know this is a undeveloped area so a famous and rich person will not like to stay in this area."
David said in confident way.
I have a better option for you Mr.Joseph. I turned my face towards Joseph and replied.
"what is your offer Mr Jonas" Mr. Joseph asked.
I want possession of this land entirely on my name and I am offering you 70 billion dollars.
Joseph instantly said yes to the proposal but on one condition.
"I accept your deal but I on a condition." Joseph said and giving a tensed look to David.
"What is the condition?" I asked to Mr. Joseph.
"you have to pay this amount in two days" Mr. Joseph replied.
"Its not a problem" I replied to Mr.Joseph.
"These are the papers, you just check and sign." I give papers to Mr. Joseph.
"I am giving you 60% amount and the rest 40% you will get tomorrow noon." I give my words to Mr. Joseph.
When I leaved the meeting. I look at Leo and Isabella. Leo was resting his hand on Isabella's waist. And
devilishly looking on me. I passed by him without taking his false wishes for winning the contract.
While , Isabella was coming in my direction to met me. I did not give look on her and made my way towards the exit.
