I’m worn out, I thought as my eyes wearily opened. I repeatedly blinked the tiredness away, at some points forcefully shutting my eyes closed and reopening them back extensively. There was this throbbing type of pain in my head as I gradually lifted it up from the hard wood. I grunted by the second, feebly rubbing across both my eyes with one hand as it leaned on the plank. I then brought my other hand and used them both as support for my face. Stretching the corner of my eyes and massaging my temples. “Mmm” A pleased hum left my mouth every now and then, unbothered of my present whereabout and it’s surrounding. I felt like crap, that’s for sure. Like all my piled up worries had decided to gang up and charge on me only on this particular day. I could hear someone grumble in a low tone
