“You have said enough” Edgar slowly removed his clasped hands from my chatty mouth. “I’ve heard enough” he sounded displeased as he said so. “I don’t think you have” I countered. ‘Trust me, you haven’t heard half of it’ uttering the last of the sentence to myself. His hand no longer concealed my mouth, yet his other hand remained where it had been since he approached me. Tenderly raking through my hair after it had drawn me to his stead. Whereas mine were settled down on both sides. Not willing to hold him tight into an embrace as he does to me. Letting the tears run down with knowing that something I have kept to myself for many good years, has finally been let out. Even if it wasn’t everything, it was far better than nothing... Like he somehow assists me with my burdens. I wonder
