I don't know, but everything started to be a chaos for me since I met that person whom the bell tinkled after a long time—Park Evan— and when it tinkled when I met Kurt's friends.
I realized it was a great decision to at least get back that one minute of my lost memory after my previous time pause, and I was glad Mr. Juhyeol allowed me to get it back.
Right now it's still a mystery why it tinkled at once with the boys. Usually it was rare when it tinkles, I remember Kurt was the third person whom the bell tinkled to ever since I was born. Another mystery was that, I saw red strings connected to their necks, and that time, Evan was included in them. It was an exception for Kurt, David, and Ben.
I remember that time, the three of them didn't go to the comfort room.
One last mystery in all of these is Evan.
When I saw that connected red string on the boys' necks, I'm sure Evan was one of them. But why can he move with my time pause?
"Are you okay?", Mom asked, as she put a tray with my soup and glass of water.
She removed the digital thermometer from my underarm and checked it.
"Don't worry too much, mom. It's just a normal cold.", I chuckled at her and she just sighed in relief.
My phone suddenly rang.
"Hello?", mom was the one who answered the phone for me. "Hey, Mrs. Kim, how did you get my daughter's number?", she asked and looked at me.
"Ah, I see. I'm sorry, my phone was still on repair so I can't answer any of your calls. Luckily I gave my daughter's phone number as a backup.", she smiled at me.
"Ah, yes, yes. You need it right now? Okay, I'll deliver it now.", she said and sighed after ending the call.
"Do you need to leave? I'm fine here alone, though. I feel better now.", I said and smiled.
She nodded but I know she's still bothered for leaving me behind. Oh, I forgot to tell that my mom is a tailor, she just tailors clothes when there's an order or request.
The doorbell rang, my mom looked at me. I nodded at her.
I sat up and rest my head on the headboard of the bed and closed my eyes.
I don't know, but this normal cold is worse than that cold I had after the time pause.
"Seoji noona~", David stormed inside my room, sitting beside my bed.
I looked at him, surprised. What brought him here?
Last time, he wasn't even talking to me. I thought he just don't feel like it, but I don't really understand him.
"Aww. Our Seoji is sick.", Steve stormed in with the other boys. What are they doing here? Is my room a hang-out room now?
"But though, it was a relief it was a normal cold.", Ben said as he placed the boxes of pizza on the top of my study table.
"How did you know?", I asked them.
"Ah, Mrs. Lee just left when she knew we went here. She said no one will look after you and you're sick.", Albert answered as he placed his cold hand on my forehead. The cold sensation is kind of relaxing. I smiled at him.
He noticed the tray on by bedside table and asked, "You haven't eaten yet?".
I just scratched the back of my head, "I don't have the appetite to eat.", I truthfully said.
"But you should eat, noona.", Kurt said as he too one of my pillow and hugged it, sitting on my carpeted floor.
Luckily my bedroom is big enough to be occupied by these boys.
I didn't realize Evan had already took the soup and a spoon, as the others turned on the television.
Guess what? It's we bear bears.
How to lure these guys? Cartoons, games, and food. Just three things. Look at them forgetting I am here.
"Why are you here?", that was a question for all of them, but Evan answered in behalf of them.
"The guys are bored. So they decided to go here and surprise you. But we're more surprised to know you are sick.", he explained before scooping a spoonful of soup, and blew it, ordering me to open my mouth.
I noticed that he dyed his hair from ash green to ash grey. He looked cool with it.
I awkwardly opened my mouth and sipped the warm soup from the spoon.
After that, all I can hear was Icebear's voice talking to Panda and Grizzly, and random comments from the guys, and their munching.
I don't know if I'm feeling hot because I am sick, or because of Evan's presence, plus him feeding me.
It feels like every spoonful is making me more full.
When I finished the soup, Evan gave me a satisfied smile, as he sighed in relief.
"Sorry for what happened last, last night. I didn't thought further that it'll fluster you.", he whispered, as he tried to keep our eye contact but he was the first one to look away, his ears are burning red.
"Uh, it's fine.", I said and awkwardly smiled.
If he's not planning to tell me sooner about who he really is, I better ask few things, maybe I can remember if I will ask few question.
"So, you mentioned we knew each other?", I asked him.
I feel bad for not remembering him.
"After all I did to remind you, you still don't remember me?", he pouted slightly and sighed. I just smiled shyly.
"We met about ten years ago. We became close when we first met, but then you left because you needed to.", he smiled at me.
My eyebrows furrowed.
"That's the very last clue I'll be giving you. I want you to find out who I really am.", he chuckled and smiled.
"For now, I don't want to rush you to know who I really am. Not now.", he smiled and laughed his famous laugh, and tucked me to my blanket and tucked few strands of my hair behind my ear.
"You should take a rest for a while.", he smiled and patted my head.
"We don't have to rush things, we still have time for that.", he added. I sighed and closed my eyes.
Evan is really confusing. Last time he's sulking for me not knowing who he really was, and now, sigh.
I have someone in my mind and I think it's 87% him, but I still need 13% of confirmation if it was really who he was.
