Daniel's point of view:
"She has amnesia and doesn't remember anything about us," I said to Leo and Julian, observing their reactions.
I selfishly wished they'd feel the same pain, but I was ready with some comforting words just in case.
When reuniting with a long-lost family member, building trust was a necessary process. We were just doing it a bit early, leaving the rest to fate.
What I didn't expect was Julian running over to hug me, as if wanting to spin me around in a big circle. "So, Lily doesn't hate us; she just doesn't remember us?"
"Amnesia is a serious condition," I said, poking his forehead to calm him down. "And we are not sure if it's psychological or physical."
"Alright," Julian said, "I'll take her to Pentazolid for a vacation and find a psychologist to treat her."
