Lilly's POV
We walk into the house and right when I walk in, I see a figure I hear Kayden growl and he pushes me behind him. He wraps his arm around my waist protectively.
"What do you want leech?"
"My father sent me to come to get Lillian. He said someone called and needed his assistance."
"The hell she is going with you." A girl came from behind him.
"Kayden?"
"Tammy?" She smiles and she runs up to him and he hugs her back.
"How are you?" I felt jealousy spread through me. I glared and walked past them. I saw Paxton eating.
"Who is that?"
"Why jealous?"
"N-no."
"Liar. Dude, we are a part of the same pack now I know when you're lying. Even though I knew it before." I stuck my tongue out at him. I went into the kitchen and grabbed a knife and a watermelon. I love watermelon. I attempted slicing it but ended up cutting my thumb a little. I grabbed a napkin and held it to the bleeding thumb. I walked right past the guy with that one girl and I heard him breathe in and he turned around and came towards me with such speech it was scary. He tackled me to the ground. He hissed at me and I saw a hint of regret in his eyes. All of a sudden I felt him being thrown off of me and picked up. I realized Nick and Paxton stood in front of me and Kayden was standing by the door. I peeked through and pushed them out of the way. I ran upstairs and got a band-aid. There all better. I wonder what all that was about it was really scary I thought he was going to- ha what am I kidding I'm a werewolf he's human I just wasn't watching out.
Kayden's POV
Oh my god, he attacked her. He broke the treaty. Haha, now I get to kill the bastard especially for hurting my mate. Now that I'm official Alpha I have a stronger bond with my mate. And she wolfs and mated on me so it's triple the strength. I shifted.
"Wait for Kayden I'm sorry I really am I couldn't control myself it was unbelievable how good she smelt. That's not normal please." Think again asshole.
"Kayden! Please don't. Please!" Tammy screamed at me. I don't care. I charged for him but only to be stopped by a little wolf in front of me.
'Get out of the way Lilly.'
'No.'
'Please.'
'No, I won't let you hurt him. He didn't mean it. Stop.' I sighed.
'Fine.' I jumped in front of her and shielded her.
"Why is she so small?" Tammy had to ask. I don't know.
"He doesn't know," Christopher said. Stupid mind reader. He glares at me. Yea I said f**k you! He ignored that one. Oh well.
"Tammy love we should go. You have to be back by four." She nods and waves to me I turn my head. I turn around and see that Lilli shifted back. I went to the woods and shifted back to myself. I put on my shorts and walked towards her.
She ran into my arms and I wrapped them around her waist.
"Please tell me what's going on."
"Okay." I walk in the house with her still on me. I took a deep breath and my nose was filled with strawberries and coconut shay butter. I put her down when we entered the door. Paxton, Lilly, Nick, and I all sat down at the table.
"Let's start from the beginning, shall we?" Paxton said.
"It all started when we all became werewolves and the legends you have heard so we are good on the way back when. Anyway, when I turned mom and dad sent me away and then now, they've sent you away. When Kayden first saw you, he had mated and because he is the bloodline Alpha and now our Alpha because Kyle doesn't want to be Alpha anymore, he has a stronger bond." Nick clenched his fists. This really pissed him off haha. I'll continue.
"And since you are now a werewolf and you've mated on me it's an even stronger bond. But you are different it seems like you're special. Your wolf is the size of a normal wolf and your blood is so I don't know the good I guess the vamps can't resist I guess." She looks at me.
"Vampires are real too that's why the guy tackled you and normally he doesn't have a problem, but I've been waiting to kill him, and I had my chance before you stopped me." She just glared at me.
"I think I get it."
"Great." She left the room and went upstairs to where I'm guessing her room. I walked in after her after Paxton and Nick left. I walked into her room while she was laying on her bed. I crawled in next to her.
"Are you okay?"
"Yea. It's just a lot to take in you know?"
"Yea I get it."
"Kayden?"
"Yea?"
"I'm glad I found you." I smiled and kissed her head. She snuggled deeper into my chest and fell asleep.
