(17) Disturbed
Det. Cindy drove to Leo's house that night.
She stepped out of her car and banged the door close. A few steps away, Leo West stood at the front porch, his hands crossed against his chest as he watched her intently. His intense stare from a distance kind of disturbed her.
As she got closer, he approached her with a small smile on his face.
She was still mad and kind of scared, considering this was the same man that had stalked and snobbed her that morning.
He pulled her closer and wrapped his arms around her warmly. He sniffed the scent of her hair and smiled,
"I missed you…"
