** A couple of weeks later **
Me and Ava were due to go back to Yale in a couple of days, and I still haven't had a chance to really sit down and talk to Matilda yet. I know me and Ava had been together for a fair few years, but our engagement and now a baby.. It's all too much at the same time.
Since she was already a few months pregnant and we didn't know, plus the fact she had been heavily drinking these past few months, the doctor wanted us to go for an ultrasound as soon as possible. Since we were going back to school soon, they managed to get us an emergency appointment for this afternoon.
