Drastacia had woken up on a soft bed. Her first thought was of her brother and she frantically started searching for him. But she soon realized that she had been holding his hand all this time. She looked at him and smiled. He was resting peacefully under the covers. He seemed more relaxed than he had been while they were in the dungeon. She wondered why.
She looked around and saw an unfamiliar room. The walls were pitch black due to the light the room had. She thought that it must still be nighttime but she did not feel sleepy either. As she was still lost in thought, the door opened. Quickly, Drastacia wrapped her hands around her brother in attempt to protect him from whatever was coming through the door.
