And my name is Haru..A normal villager...

I am a orphan and today the people of Great Mage Association are coming to check the villages if someone wants to join the Rix Academy, the greatest magic academy in the Continent.

The age to join is 8-14 and I'm a 14 year old...

"No 7 Haru, A 14 year old orphan, Am I right?"

I shake my head confirming that he is right...

I am currently in a room with a man, this man is one of the mages who have come to take us to the academy...

"It looks like, you have ability to become a mage eventhough we have not measured your talent because of lack of equipment here.Welcome to the Academy!"

I smile brightly hearing this...

"Thank you"

I thank the man...

The man nods his head and adds "Also, Pack your bag.. and come at the entrance of your village at the 10:35"

"Okay"

"You may leave"

I nod and get up from the chair leaving the man there...

I run from the place and happily walk around the village with a bright smile present in my face..

I enter the orphanage and see Sister Lily the old sister who took care of me and all the orphans since I was left there...

"Sister Lily, I got accepted"

I yell at Sister lily in a happy tone...

Sister lily looks at me with happiness radiating from her...

"Congratulation!!! Haru, Let's have party today"

Sister lily says with a smile present in her face

"I am sorry but I have to leave today"

Siater lily looks pretty unhappy but regains her happiness and asks "When will you leave?"

"10:35"

I reply to her...

Other childrens after hearjng I was accepted also comes towards me excitedly and starts asking several questions but all of them related to magic..

I answer few of them as I too be honest did not know much about magic anyways...

"So,sister lily...Why did you call me here?"

I ask Sister lily...

I am currently behind the orphanage in a small forest with Sister lily in front of me with a box in her hand...

Maybe She is giving me a farewell gift?

"I am going to give you something that was given to you by your birth mother"

I widen my eyes in suprise and disbelief was present in my face...

"What?What do you mean by my mo-mother, didn't you say that you did not knew my mother?"

I question Sister lily hastly in a suprised tone..

I was trsmbljng slightly...

"Yes, kid I don't know your mother kid...She just gave me you and this box saying that one day the thing inside this box will become your greates strength and to give it to you when you we're older"

I don't ask her further and take the box and open it to see a beautiful necklace with a black dragon design on it...

I am currently in a cart exiting from the village and going towards the city of Rix where Rix academy is present...

With this, A new phase in my life will start
