"Wake up lazy s**t!" Abi exclaimed while slapping her pillow over her sleeping brothers face. "You stink go get a shower and brush your teeth, there's fresh clothes in there waiting for you."  "10 more minuets Abi, this was the first 8 hours I have had in 4 days." He replied groggily and rolled over and pulled the covers over his head to block the light out.  "Red and Blue are coming down in 20 minuets, come on." Abi replied, "get up, get ready." He sat up begrudgingly and lit a cigarette rubbing the sleep from his eyes. "Really?" He paused and looked up her over his blonde eyelashes rolling his green eyes, "Get yourself sorted..." She said throwing the pillow at him again, "f**k's sake Jet." She walked out the room in a huff. He finished his cigarette and did as she had asked. Showered, brushed his teeth and toweled himself off and dressed in nearly the exactly the same clothing he had taken off the night before. But it was clean. Running his through his hair trying to tame it, his mother choice his hair style, choice his clothing and really chose everything in his life. He maybe able to make a choice with his hair, clothes and really anything. He could get a piercing! A tattoo!              "Small steps." He thought to himself. "Small steps Jet."He stood looking into the mirror, looking at himself, how he looked like his dad in all but eyes, identical in fact. He did miss his dad, thinking on how worried they both were going to be that the two of them were missing. Their dad particularly, their mom would be getting practical, door to door asking people if we had been seen, talking to the school about their attitude to underage drinking. Writing to the local government to ask them to investigate how two seventeen year old's got their hands on enough alcohol to get them as drunk as they apparently got.  Where as their dad would be a lot less practical and that's what worried Jet. He walked out attaching his watch to his wrist and found his sister looking out of a window. They were a few people buzzing around. There was a girl sat next to Abi having a casual chat, she looked like she had tried to give herself a tattoo and it didn't go well. All the people around them had the same bandage on the side of their neck. Clearly all of them had, had their chips removed very recently. Jet walked over to his sister and put his hand on her back as she looked out of the window. "Holy s**t!" She jumped, "You could have killed me." She said as he laughed, she gave him a slap on the arm.  "Drama Queen." Jet said smirking. The elevator pinged as a man stepped out. He was tall, about as tall as Blue was but he was hair, mainly large hair. It was gelled up straight, mosey blonde hair. He was tanned, with grey-green eyes with light eyeliner underneath his lower lid. He was covered in tattoos, he had tattoo's on his ear's on each side of his eyes, his neck and down his arms even over his hand and fingers. On his neck was pride of place, was his wings, his were slightly different, his looked like a more traditional style so it blended with his others on his neck. He was wearing plain but deep black jeans with a plain black shirt under a sleeveless zip-up jacket. He was older than Blue and Red, but not by much, he was attractive, well built, rather muscular.  "Morning Lance," The girl sat with Abi said smiling at the man who had walked in. Lance, Red and Blue mentioned him the night before.  "Morning Rue." He said walking towards her, "We are waiting for some friends of mine before we go down for breakfast then we'll go see the Boss." Lance said smiling at her, "Hope you're hungry." He walked to talk to the man behind desk, he was a different man than who was here last night. There was a ping as the elevator opened again as Red and Blue walked out. "Ah! Look who it is the one that got away." "Oh Lance you charmer." Red said smirking. "I was talking to Blue, nice to see you too Red." "Funny." She said fake clapping him. "Sorry Lance, I wish I had known sooner." "There are very few people in this place that haven't had the company of sharing my bed, and Blue you're one of them. Am I right Red?" Red rolled her eyes and tutted at him. "You know I am pulling you Red." "There's always Daffodil if you need someone to fill your bed."  Blue said smirking. "I would rather never have s*x again than go back to her." Lance said with a shudder. "I know you don't forget Lance, and within 2 month's you'd be begging her for in your sheets." Red said  leaning against the wall smiling at him. "You're probably right, and I hate myself for it. But I am who I am." Lance said pretending to cry.  "Come on Moss' twins time for something to eat." Red said pushing herself from the wall with her black military boots. "Boss wants to see you both after but lets get some food in you three before." Blue said heading towards the elevator he held the elevator door open to let everyone in. "Come on, we haven't got all day." He said with a sly smile. The six of them piled in the elevator and Red pushed the button to a higher floor. The three Few members stood in the back. "Specialty?" "Communications. Yours?" Lance asked.  "Propaganda and Tech." Blue said looking straight forward. "Look's like they will be working together in the future, well depending of what area of communications goes into. Rue is it?" The girl called Rue nodded. "Com's, Tech and Prop's tend to work together hand in hand."  He said looking back straight forward. "Oh, we had a run in with Daffodil last night." "Oh was she her usual upbeat self?" Lance said. "Absolutely f*****g not." Red said quickly. "She called me Jones." "And she's breathing?" He said jokingly. "Come on Red, you know she only does it because she knows it gets to you. Don't let it get to you and she will stop." She just rolled her eyes at him again and shoved her hands into her pockets and bit her lower lip.  The doors to the elevator opened to a long darken corridor. The smell of fresh food wafted into the open door and it smelt wonderful. "I know we said breakfast but it is lunch time." Red said walking out the elevator and turning directly to the left. The noise from the end of the corridor was almost deafening. Loud voices were echoing throughout the hallway even though there was no one there. The heartbeats of all three of the young recruits started racing, there was so many people. Blue almost ran towards the end of the corridor. "I am f*****g starving!" He said as he took off. "What's wrong Blue was it a late night at work or was that wife of yours wearing you out?" Lance said. "You know its both!" He said yelling behind himself.  "Wait Blue's married?" Abi said shocked. "Yep, 2 years now." He said, "I think..." "Is it a real wedding or one of the fake ones that I have heard members of the Few do?" Rue asked. "I wouldn't say 'fake' to anyone down here, but yes the government didn't certify their wedding so they are not 'legally' married. But trust me, no marriage is as real as theirs." Lance replied walking at a fast speed but not as fast as Blue. "And she's fine with him working with Red?" Abi asked. "Yeah, completely fine." When they walked in they were met with the echo of noise and smell's that were deafening. There was hundreds of people sat on tables around the room, there was a large set of tables at the back with food, like a cafeteria line. People were in line. Everyone around had their wings on display with pride.  The smell of food and coffee were fanning around them. The three of them saw Lance walking towards Blue who was waving to all four of them. "Where did Red run off to?" Lance asked. "Meds." Blue said quickly look down the line at the food. "There's sausage." He proclaimed excitedly.  "So, Lance are you from Canada?" Abi asked.  "Born and Raised." He said smiling. "I have been living in the US since I was 18." He leaned forward and took an apple from a basket near Jet. "My Pop is American and when I applied to the States Armed Forces I was accepted." "You were in the Army?" Rue asked impressed. "I was so I am legal, that's where I met Briggs," he said proud. "Briggs?" All three of them said together.  "My partner, the Red to my Blue." He added. Blue laughed pulling a grape and popping it into his mouth.  "You wish," he replied while chewing the grape.  "We were in the Services together, and we came here together. He is from near where you grew up right Blue?" "I think so." Blue said looking back to see if he could spot Red. "But you're not American either." Jet said. "None of you are."  Blue stopped dead.  "How did you figure out that I am not American?" He said. "You're surname is Schulz, what did you expect? These kids are smart Blue." Red said joining them in the line.  "And you were writing in German yesterday." He nodded in realization. "But why do you know what he was writing?" "We have worked together for a long time, he taught me German." Red said pulling a banana from the same basket as the the apple and grapes had come from.  "I moved to the states when I was 5. I came here legally, but they changed the immigration laws when I was 14 so I stayed illegally." Blue said, "I grew up in the south and picked up the accent but the language was spoken in my house."  "The only legal one here is Lance and if the Alliance found out he was working for the Few he would be sent back to Canada as quickly as we would." Red replied smiling. "Doesn't bother you does it? The only three people you have met are all foreign?"  "Why would it?" Rue replied.  "It does to some." Blue replied. "Wurst Rot?" He said in a flawless German ascent.  "Eier denke ich." She replied as flawlessly. He handed her a plate of eggs while he took a plate of sausage for himself. "Que veux-tu Lance?" "Stop speaking French, you know that's a turn on Red. And bacon, I want bacon." He took a plate of bacon, "what about you three?" Jet took a plate of sausages and passed the same to Abi who took it without complaint. Rue then took eggs and a yogurt. They sat at a table and ate their lunch that was also breakfast. Red and Lance stood and brushed themselves down before he nodded to a door off the the left.  "Jet, we're going for a smoke are you coming?" Red asked pulling a packet of cigarettes from her back pocket. "Oh yes," he said standing pulling his from the waistband of his sweats. Blue pulled out his phone and started to text someone.  "Good afternoon Blue." A voice came from behind him the lady from the night before, Rai or Daffodil whatever she was called, "What do you want Daffodil?" He said not looking up from his phone. "Where's Red?" She said.  "Out." He didn't look at her, in fact he ignored her completely.  "Have you thought about my offer?" She asks sitting on the chair that Lance was on.  "What was the offer I was thinking about?"  "Change of scenery." She said running her fingers through his blue hair, "my bed sheets are so much more impressive than what you're used to." "I am married." He said yet again not glancing from his phone.  "Yeah illegally." His face fell and he slammed the phone on the table. "f**k you Rai." He replied turning to face you. "Legal or not, I am married, I am off the market. Even if I wasn't I wouldn't touch you with someone else c**k. Think about it, before I was married, how many times did I come calling on you? Yeah, never. Why?" He said picking his phone up and slipped it in his pocket. "I am not interested. Never have, never will. Get a f*****g life Rai." He pulled his jacket tighter around his shoulders. "Come on you three we have to go see the Boss." He stood and walked to the entrance of the canteen. "Oh, please don't mention this to Lance and Red. Red will well... you saw how she gets after last night. And Lance is her boss, he will make her pay for it professionally." Blue said pulling her phone again. He placed the phone to his ear. "Boss wartet. Wir treffen uns am Fahrstuhl." He said hanging up the phone as quickly as he dialed. Within a few moments Red, Lance and Jet had arrived at the elevator.  "Time to go see the Boss." Lance said. "Ready?"
