Chris stared dumbfounded at his father, confusion and surprise burning in his gaze. Had he heard the man right? Loss control and financial accounting duties? To Jessica?
Sarah burst into a loud guffaw. Everyone stared confusedly at her but she kept laughing anyway.
"What's so funny, my dear?" Michael finally asked.
She wiped a tear from her eyes and finally stopped laughing. "Oh dear, you c***k me up sometimes."
Michael was confused. "How so my dear?" He arched a confused brow at her.
