"Let the games begin!" said Collin to everyone on the monitor. The old men there who were watching what was happening outside of the arena all looked excited. I still could not totally understand what exactly was happening but at least now I know that this has something to do with the Scorpion Ghoul.
As I watched too, I can now see that the monster was indeed trying to destroy the electric fence. But as soon as it touches the steel fence and it gets a taste of the high voltage of live electricity there it screeches and retreats a little. Everyone seems to be in favor of this as the men keep on cheering and yelling some things that I don't understand.
"Uhm, Collin, what are these people betting on?" I finally asked the horned guy beside me.
"Oh, are you interested in this game?" he said
