Cathy went outside to see Abed off and to close the gate after he left. On the other hand, I'm resting on the couch and gently applying the ice compress that Cathy made to my sprained ankle. While I'm doing this, I'm still wondering if Jax is already in the house because I didn't get a chance to ask Cathy earlier because Abed was still here. Anyway, I need to double-check that Abed has returned home, because if he hasn't, I may have to go out again to find him.
“Hmmmm, have you already returned home?” I asked myself silently while staring at Jax’ door because his room is close to the staircase.
“If he's already in his room, why did he come out to see if we had arrived? Is he really upset with Abed or with me?” I pondered, still applying ice to my sprained ankle.
