Justin’s POV: The sound of a horn blasting jolts me awake and I fall from my cot onto the ground. I scramble to my feet as I grab my shirt and rush towards the noise. I have been with the council for a couple of days now, and this is the first morning I have been woken up by the horn. Part of me thinks this means we are under attack, but the lack of urgency from everyone else tells me that’s not the case.
