Whiskey.  The sound of his gun clicked, signalling he was out of ammo, I dropped the body I was using as a shield. He was fumbling with his gun, trying to push the new cartridge into place. The scent of his fear, mixed with the blood and gunpowder, it was the most delicious thing I had ever smelled. I laughed out loud as he dropped the cartridge. He then threw the gun to the side and raised his arms in surrender. Remembering the way in which I killed Spencer, I decided to give it another go. This was a skill they hadn’t let me train.
