“I love you too, Mum” I said as my own tears fell from my eyes. She held me tightly in her arms, as if I were still the small baby that she held so many years ago. I like being in her arms, I like feeling her love. I like having her here with me. I don’t know how long we sat like that. It could have been minutes, it could have been hours. Either way, it was long overdue.
