~ALLISON~ When Lucas walked out of the room, I brought my gaze down to the paper I was holding and began reading the content in it, but instead, the loud bang from outside made me shake in fear as my heart began racing. I threw the paper on the bed as I rose to my feet, rushing out of the room and heading towards the stairs. Once I got to the living room, I was deadbeat shocked to see Liam on the floor, growling like a wild beast, “What's going on?” I yelled as I stood behind one of the couches. Lucas tilted his head back at me instead, his gaze unreadable but with a light groan, I could tell that he was furious. “Allison, I'm here to take you home. I'm not going to let this freaking bastard take you away from me, Ally. Come on, let's head back home, I promise I'll be good to you all the time. I even bought you a gift and you're going to love it.” Liam cut him off instead, and I shifted my gaze to him as he rose to his feet. I remained in my position as I kept switching my gaze from Lucas to Liam, “You need to leave, Liam.”. I finally broke my silence, and I watched Liam's eyes widen as if shocked at my words, “It's not Ally. What the freaking hell is going on? You love me don't you?” He asked, his voice laced with panic as he took a step closer to me, “When I was stupid. I loved you when I was stupid, Liam, and I'm done being the stupid b***h you think you can trample on as you wish.” I tried so hard to control my emotions as I blurted out, my hands tightened into fist, yearning so hard to throw my fist into his jaw until I get satisfied. He'd hurt me so much, and yet I was just seeing it, just realizing it. After I said this, I turned my head just a little at Lucas and I swear I saw a small smirk on his face just hearing me blurt out those words. “What did he do to you, Allison? What did he say to you?” Liam asked me, but I didn't say anything to him. I hated that I was even talking to him in the first place. I turned to walk away but I heard a loud groan from Liam. Lucas was holding him to the ground because he had tried to come at me. He winced in pain, “You're f*****g trespassing, Liam.” He muttered, “Allison is my mate now, my wife to be so f**k off before I do something extremely stupid.” Lucas warned possessively as he let go of Liam who let out a dry chuckle, “You think he loves you?” Liam yelled, another dry chuckle escaping his mouth as he stared at me, but I didn't respond, “Open your f*****g eyes, Allison. Do you really want to be with someone who does nothing but f***s around?” He said, this time, laughing, “You have no idea how many skirts he's been under, Ally, how many p*****s he's been into and you're going to be his next meal soon.” I clenched my fingers, rage building up inside of me as I listened, “When he f***s you like a good little b***h you want to be, then I won't be here to take you back.” Without thinking twice, I rushed towards Liam and landed a slap across his face. When I tried to hit him for a second time, he held my hand in the air, and I kept breathing hard while trying so hard to control the tears that he had managed to trigger from me, “I would chose to be a little b***h to him, than to be your mate or a doormat you can step over whenever you desire. The fact that you managed to deceive me all these years while you slept with Sandra behind my back makes you even worse than he is. You're the real asshole I need to avoid, Liam, not anyone else, just you.” I said with a shaky voice as I held in the pain that I was feeling from just thinking about how my life had been. I freed my wrist from his grip forcefully, and sniffled while I rubbed the tears that had rolled down my face clean, “Al…” Liam tried to call my name as I turned to walk away, but Lucas yelled, “Get him out of here right now.” As Liam was being dragged away, my gaze met with that of Lucas for a few seconds as I let a deep breath out and I began walking away, heading towards the stairs. I had nothing to say to him. This wasn't real after all so I didn't f*****g care how many skirts he's been under, how many women he's had in his bed, or whether he cared about me— None of that mattered to me anyway because we meant nothing to each other. As I got to the room, I slammed the door shut behind me and headed to the bed, picking up a pillow. With the pillow resting on my thighs, I kept my elbow on top and then calmly sighed, relief washing all over me for a second. It felt a little bit good putting Liam in his place, finally speaking up after so many years of being dumb and stupid. I used to think of I told him what made me unhappy and the things that I wasn't okay with, it would make him pissed. While I remained on the bed thinking, Liam's words about Lucas recurred in my head again, and I let out a scoff. Why should I be bothered if he had been in bed with countless women before? I wasn't even his real mate to begin with and all of this wasn't even real. At this point, I felt it was only right for me to ask him what he wanted in return for helping me. The door suddenly opened and Lucas walked in, standing at the door and staring at me, “Did no one ever teach you to knock?” I asked, breaking the silence, but he walked into the room, and came towards me, “It's my home. I'm never used to knocking Allison.” I sat upright on the bed, “I would like you to bear in mind next time that we're now two people here, and privacy is pretty much necessary too. I wouldn't want someone barging into my room to see me naked.” I said, and watched the expression on his face change the moment I mentioned the word ‘naked’ and it instantly clicked on me that maybe those words had a way to trigger him, “I mean…” “Got in. I really wouldn't walk in on such a horrific sight.” He blurted, folding his arms behind his back, and I stared at him, widening my eyes in shock, “Horrific?” I let out a loud scoff, staring at him, “What the hell is so horrific about my body, Lucas?” I rose to my feet, “I certainly do not have a horrific body and I promise you, it's way better than you think right now.” I hadn't realized what I just said, but when I did, I gasp a little, trying to calm myself down so I would blurt out any other stupid words, but this time around, he had a smirk on his face, coming closer to me while my body froze where I was standing. My heart kept thudding so loudly, and I felt like I would lose my breath with the way he moved closer, Whenever I was nervous, I could hardly control my hiccups, and so it started, making me hit my chest softly. “What do you think I'm thinking about your body right now, Allison?” He uttered and that was the moment everything around me froze, time paused, and my heart stopped, When I suddenly felt his hand around my waist, a shot of adrenaline surged through my body, and I instantly lifted my hands, pushing him aside from him. But, what I didn't expect was for Lucas to grab my waist even more, pin me to the wall, raise my hands above my head, and slam his lips on mine in a manner that took my breath away, leaving me gasping for air as his tongue fought for dominance over mine.
