I love You, Goodbye

Chapter 2

When I got out of the taxi I saw the driver waving his hand, I walked quickly as I walked down the road. I felt a strong wind and a strand of hair flew across my face. I removed my hair that was scattered on my face and I didn’t realize the paper I was holding had been blown away by the strong wind.

I saw it blown away by the wind so I quickly chased it as well. I saw that a man had taken it so I quickly snatched it from him. I saw his handsome face.

"T-travis," I stuttered to myself.

He was Travis my first ex boyfriend. He has brown hair, pointed nose and baby blue eyes. All the qualities of a man are already in him. I felt like a statue in my position and I noticed his simple smile.

"Bye the way Ms, take care I have to go," Travis said.

I just saw him walk away to his car and get inside. Until now, I am still an i***t because of what I saw. It was like I had seen a ghost from my past. I didn’t expect to see him in this situation. Until now, I still feel my love for him.

How can I forget him if every time I want to forget, he suddenly appears in front of me like a ghost. I stared at his car away before stepping to my feet. I heard my phone rang so I answered it quickly.

"Hello, where are you?" Chloe asked me.

"Hmmm, I'm coming just wait a minute," I said to Chloe.

I just walked and walking and looked for Chloe's condo after a few minutes I found it too. I saw a woman raise both hands and call my name.

I ran fast, hugged her and kissed her on the cheek.

"Why did you keep me waiting so long?" I saw the snout of his lips so I laughed.

"Haha, she's really cute." She looks like we're siblings. When I entered Chloe's condo, I was surprised because it's as big like a house when you think about it. The wall paint is white while the long bench is brown it's like it is expensive. There are two room inside the condo.

After I toured her condo I prepared ingredients for Chloe to bake a cake while I cooking a menudo, adobo and etc. I know how to cook but manang is the only one who cook my food.

Today, we are celebrating Chloe's birthday. Soon our friends will come. After I cooked, I clean the table, I put the wine in center of the table. I also put the plate and cutlery. I also set up a speaker to use later.

It's five o'clock in the afternoon maybe some of our friends will arrive. I was not mistaken because I heard a knock on the door. Chloe stand and opened it quickly.

I saw their handsome faces of Andrei, Ryle and Darren come. They were my classmates since high school

Andrei is my highschool crush, we both liked each other but something happened. He suddenly disappeared and never showed up to me. Ryle is my former lover long ago. While Darren is Chloe's boyfriend. Darren and Ryle is a bestfriend of Travis also.

If the two boys here is this possible that Travis was here too?

The two boys kissed my cheeks while Andrei staring at me and saw a wide smile. I was just shocked when he hugged me tight. "I miss you," he said to me.

I pushed him quickly. I still like him but we're not a kids anymore. I saw Chloe's eyes widen because they were shocked by what I did to Andrei.

"You are still beautiful," Ryle said

After an hour, I heared knocked on the door and I saw Louise and Ashley. Louise is a Chloe's cousin. She's a good but when it come to talk she is stagey. When I saw Ashley I remember, she slapped me before because she's been in love with Ryle for a long time.

After a minute, I saw some peple came but I no longer knew them a few hours later we also started drinking wine.

There are still guests who come to Chloe's condo and I don't look at their faces because I'm not interested in them.

We just continued drinking while Andrei was still staring at me. He approached me carrying a plate filled with three pieces of shanghai and sat down beside me.

"Why did you only take three pieces? There are many more."

"Do you know what these three mean?"

"I love you," he whispered.

Please calm down self, you crush him long ago so don't be thrilled. I was shocked when he took my hand and squeezed my palm.

"What is he doing?” I whispered to myself.

"I still like you," he whispered in my ear.

I was swallowed when I hear what he said. He was drunk in my mind. I calmed myself first and I saw Andrei pick up the guitar while his head was leaning on my shoulder. I heard her singing. I remember when we were together he always carried the guitar and sang to me.

"s**t!" I tried to calm myself. I was stunned when Travis' face entered my mind his face hadn't changed, he was still handsome. I just sighed and blew it into the air.

I noticed that others were jumping for joy. Chloe's condo is big so they can still move whatever they want.

"Hey Travis, I haven't seen you for a long time. Unusually, you're still handsome buddy."

My eyes widened was what I heard right? He said Travis. I turned my head to look but I saw the back of a man wearing a leather jacket. Maybe, I was just imagining what I heard. Why doesn't Travis let me go? Everywhere I go I hear his name. I heard them play Travis and I’s favorite song.

"I miss him," I whispered to myself.
