he saw that it was a picture of Ava with a caption which read 'Are you coming or not?' He hesitated for a few seconds before answering the message and saying, "Yep, I'm here now. Just need to grab some things from our car, so hold on a sec'." He then turned to see Josh smirking at him.
"I guess I should have guessed you wouldn't actually do what she asked."
Chris frowned as he turned back toward him. "I don't understand," he said in confusion. Before he had the chance to say anything else, his cell phone vibrated again in his pocket and he pulled it out to see a response from Ava. It read, 'I'll meet you here.'
