Amused with the way she acted, I couldn't help but laugh aloud.
“Then this settles it, I will be at the daycare tomorrow.” I replied, matching her energy.
“Who permitted that?” Alpha Lorenzo announced his presence with a growl that sent my heart racing instantly.
What the hell is he doing here?
When I was given the chance of picking my art room, I chose an empty room that was far from the main building because I didn't want to run into him.
“Please excuse me.” Hailey said and just like always, she ran off, leaving me with him.
Fiddling with my fingers, I tried all I could to regulate my heavy breathing but it was to no avail.
His hot gaze against my skin made me even more uncomfortable.
