After punching and beating Victor up, I felt relaxed. Damon was driving and I was just seeing the view out of the window. We drove to his house. I was in no mood to face my parents, at least not for now. This will be my first time at his place.
We have been friends for years now, but I never got a chance to be in here. As soon as I stepped in, I saw big portrait of a lady, I guess it must be his mom, but I still asked him.
“Who is she?” He came behind me, wrapped him arms around my waist. He pulled me closer and kissed my cheeks.
“That’s my mom.” He replied with a disappointment in his face. I turned around and looked at him, and at the picture. I didn’t find much similarities honestly, but that smile which seems to melt all my anger was same.
