CHAPTER 17An hour later Kendra noticed a sobbing Cora make her way across the deck. The girl's ghostlike face was distraught and covered in perspiration. "I need help!" When she staggered and reached out to a side rail to stop from falling, Kendra glanced down. Cora's dress was covered in blood that dripped down across her shoes and onto the deck. This was more than just seasickness! "Oh my goddess," the girl screamed and buckled over with a hand across her stomach. "Cramp! I thought I could..." She grabbed at Kendra and collapsed in her arms.
