The car ride home was a silent one. Libby could tell Tyler was clearly upset with her mother’s antics again. It happened every single time but this time seemed to be worse than usual. She was hesitant to try and start any kind of conversation with him at the moment. She hoped that once they returned home, he would open up and be willing to talk. When they pulled into the driveway, Tyler quickly got out and went right into the garage. She sat for an extra moment then got out of the truck and made her way inside. She hung his keys up on the hook and absentmindedly picked up the house a little bit. She was just trying to busy herself until he came in from the garage. After picking up, she sat for a few minutes in the silence then grabbed her phone and called Alex. "Hey, are you busy?"
