Tyler helped the workers load the mattress and bedframe into his truck in silence. He didn't know what had gotten into Libby all of a sudden. One minute, they were laughing and making plans to break in her bed that evening, and the next, she was publicly berating him for wanting to help her get what she wanted. He was racking his brain trying to find reasoning behind her sudden change. He knew that it bothered her a little when he spent money, but not to this extent.
