There was a ridiculous amount of sweat, dampening his shirt and the upper half of his shorts. Before, even though there was no food or running water, the air conditioning and electricity still worked. Now, after the earthquake, the power was out, which allowed the heat from outside to steadily seep in and raise the temperature.
